I've got an 08 Focus with a 5 speed and it would spank that Honda all day any day! A buddy of mine has an 08 Civic Si puttin 221 hp to the ground after a few mods and we took it to the streets and were neck and neck til I shifted into 4th at about 88mph and he started creepin away

If you want to play games we can play games with a 357 small block powered focus with spray. Exotic motor swap for exotic motor swap but i guarantee you wont catch it blowing off a set of slicks and all. However motor for motor that 08 focus will get that 97 everyday

if you got to import a motor to make that car fast obviously its some shit. I'm running stock motor busting out 14s and still passing state emissions. the 08 focus can get that civic any day I own one turn off that overdrive stall her at 2500 rpms she will chop maybe 3 times stock an be gone. I got an 08 running a 50 shot and some other upgrades and she will pull the life out of that honda and its the automatic. That's a Civic HX. They were faster then the EX because the torque curve was flatter and the car weighed less.
