This is one of the best videos on strumming for the beginners and trust me, I have seen many. The difference between this video and many others is that it uses the concept of beats and notes (quarter, eighth etc.) very well in explaning the patterns. Just saying "down down up up down up"does not help; if you say it's "One, Two &, &, four &", it makes it just much easier to understand!

@pitubg try different strummings for each songs and find out which strumming fits the rythm the best.
Or do a google search and look for the strumming in the original
