I can't see a foot going in the spokes. And there doesn't seem to be a bump in the road at that point. Why was he/she having such a struggle riding - pushing heavily, weaving body from side to side and up and down - it seemed to be a real effort - almost as though going into a headwind - but the guys behind are riding normally.
