  • Steroid! the unhealthiest shit you can put in your body and scooby is on it! Scooby you are not fooling me, I know steroid use when I see it! I will continue to expose you for I know who your supplier is. So if you continue to lie to these unsuspecting people that come on your page, I will be forced to sue you!

  • not only that, scooby, but football is at the heart of dumbing ppl down with the corporatocracy that surrounds the game...beer, sex, chili dogs, mainstream music, advetisements, beer, beer.

US citizens know more about football than they do about their own sovereignty or how their country is falling apart due to the constructed, wallstreet-puppet, "saviour", Obama.

  • from what i heard, 12 million americans play football and 13 million skateboard. bicycling and running are both excellent choices for exercise.

  • Like It Or Don't, Football is unhealthy, medical reports proves it.

  • Cheerleading is more "unhealthy". Medical reports prove that too. Scooby makes it seem that football doesn't have a place for everyone, regardless of desire to hit or size. Scooby makes it seem that ONLY big and strong have a place in football. Which is absolutely false. Every receiver, quarterback, kicker, and cornerback proves that. Sure, you could say football is dangerous. But more dangerous than cheerleading? No. Rugby? No. Motorcycle racing? No. Its not as bad as scooby makes it out to be.

  • LOL @ all the stupid americans raging at him because he dissed football.Face it, football is a shitty sport. 300 pound lardasses can do well in it for God's sake, that's how you know when you have a terrible sport.

  • those who bitch and complain about football r nothin but bitches

  • 300lbs running 4.7sec forty yard dash. What is your forty time.

  • 5/5 i totally agree with this! finally someone supports my way of thinking about football!

  • im with you on that scooby but u can gain weight also by taking prtein drinks and thats healthy and also yepp let the niggers die first with their fucking sport and by the way your not attacking the #1 spport because the #1 sport is soccer!

  • what about rugby?? he didnt mention anything about rugby so i guess its okay.. :D

  • Lol I'm a teen I only play badminton lol

  • Scooby, you say it's unhealthy to gain 25 pounds in 6 months? How so? GIve us some factual reasoning behind your ignorant ranting. What about wrestlers that constantly gain and cut weight? Does that make wrestling unhealthy? You don't know what your talking about. I see guys like you everyday at the gym. You guys sit next to the bench press machine and talk about all the supplements you're taking and how much you maxed out on squat last week. Get a life, Scooby. You ignorant jackass.

  • It's common sense asshole, gainning 25 pounds in 6 months IS bad.

  • No, actually it's not. that's less than 5 pounds a month. If you are taking in a good but safe amount of protein and carbs, doing strength training, and gaining muscle mass, it's completely safe. Please don't call me an asshole. I will school you in this subject. Thanks!

  • 25 pounds in 6 months will not be all muscle, and for a Teenager it will not be heathly. Please dont argue with me, I won Teen South Carolina for the 148 pounder. Dont fuck with me, Dont tell Scooby to get a life.

  • Haha. Wow. 148 pounds. I weighed that much in like 5th grade. My arms are probably bigger than your waist. You live in South Carolina. Enough said.

  • @NASMCertifiedOkie I weigh about 148 pounds and I am 5'7 18 y/o male. If I weighed that much in 5th grade I would be over weight. How tall are you? A arm the size of a 150 pounders waist is one huge arm... unless you are super tall

  • @leumas351 oh yeah and I live in north carolina ;) funny huh

  • I'm 6'4''

  • 148 pounds isn't light you fucktard. chances are you're some fucking fatass. And I highly doubt you have 30+ inch arms, considering thats like, not possible unless youre morbidly obese

  • NASM you're not making any sense bro. We're talking about TEENAGERS not professional wrestlers.

  • I'm not talking about professional wrestlers. I'm talking about high school wrestlers.

  • You can get 25 pounds in 6 months, but then most of your weight will come from FAT.

  • You gained 25 pounds in 6 months so most of your weight your gained are from fat. The fastest you can gain muscle is 10 lbs a year or 20 lbs a year if you are a teen because you are still growing.

  • Is that a Bear Bryant hat? So, Scooby is a football fan?

  • Yeah, that is a Bear Bryant hat. lol :-) Football is destructive, but such is life.

  • wohooo!!!..soccer!!..yeah!! thats where its at!!

  • ur retarded working out like u isn't healthy either

football is best just dont be mad u ouldnt play

  • scooby you know i love you man, but i love my football

  • this nigga in bad shape sorry lol

  • I've put on about 15-18lbs of muscle in the last 3 months. I think some bodies can just develop muscle more easily, plus I don't think I'm anywhere near my genetic potential which makes muscle gain easier.

I don't think 20-25lbs in 6 months is always unreasonable.

  • @KaelinSaint When I was about 15, I started lifting & I grew from 160 to 190 lbs in a year. My body responded really well to the weights. However, I found I was too bulky & it interfered with my fight training, so I quit altogether when I was about 17.

  • I can see that. It all depends on what you're going for. I may be too heavy to fight due to bulking up but we'll see. I'm working towards serious strength for the next two months then switching to endurance and explosive exercises. Plyometrics, explosive lifts, and the sort.

Would be more interested in hearing about your fighting history.

  • @KaelinSaint I sent you a personal reply, b/c it would take a dozen of these little comment boxes.

  • No, you did not put on 15 pounds of muscle in 3 months. That is physically impossible, even if you're on steroids. So you're either lying or horribly mistaken.

  • It all depends on how close to your genetic potential you are.

    These are the numbers.

Went from 44" to 46" Chest

    151/2"-161/2" Arms

    151/2"-17" Calves

Those were the only numbers I'd measured before and after due to the curiosity of my friend (likes those body parts best I guess)

During this time I went from about 215/218 to 234/235 while losing an inch off of my waist and about 2% body fat. Three months and those numbers, you're the expert tell me what happened to produce that.

  • i play intramural touch football for fun. i get a good workout out of it. no need to bulk up either.

  • The problem is NFL players continue eating lots of food long after they retire.

i played football all my life and broke my ankle this year as a senior. sucks i know, but injuries are a part of football. football taught me how to workout. football taught me how to persevere through extreme fatigue, bad weather, etc. football taught me how to rely on and help out my teammates and work as a team. football is filled with lessons that remain with you through college, in your career, and as a father.

  • @alabumni I agree with you 100% about the character-building aspects of football. Well put.

  • everyone is entitled to their opinion do u have to take up like every comment space. also rugby is just as good as football why not give it a try

  • @nugent321 I take up as much space as is needed to say what I have to say. If I weren't limited by character count, I could get it done in one message.

  • Hey maybe he's just trying to get ALL of his opinion out. And why give rugby a try when this video is about how dangerous football is? Are you saying rugby is an alternative to football since its less dangerous? Cause its more dangerous in case you didn't know.

  • he talks about ice hockey which i think is just as dangerous as american football

  • hes right, hockey is as dangerous if not more than football

  • Scooby, you have no idea what you're talking about. You probably never lifted weights or played sports in high school. Then around age 30 you started lifting and reading Men's Health. Please, for all the teens on here, don't listen to this guy. He has NO idea what he's talking about. This is merely a biased video of his unprofessional opinion.

  • Actually he began lifting with 21, so in a very early age ;)

And believe me, he does know very well what he is talking about ;)

  • 21? That's a very early age? I, alone with many many others, started lifting and educating myself on proper technique around the age of 13... Hmm, Ironically, guess what sport I was in when I started all of this. FOOTBALL.

  • *along

  • @NASMCertifiedOkie I had the same reaction. I started training to fight when I was about twelve, and I considered that "old". At twenty-one, I would have been ancient. :-)

  • I cant say much about football because I live in Austria and our N1 sport here is soccer (way better than football :P). So I dont know much about your national sport there in the US.

I just wanted to say, it isnt right to blame this guy that he is talking nonsense.

He does know very much indeed about living healthy, you would never realize how much people he already helped with his advices and knowledge.

Lifting with 13 years? I dont believe you mate.

  • @NASMCertifiedOkie Tell me than, exactly what was wrong from the things he said???? This guy knows what he is talking about....!

  • Football is nowhere near the 'most dangerous sport' as Scooby claims. We're talking about a sport that people know may cause injury, therefore, the players wear protective padding and cover every vulnerable part of the body. The head, most importantly. However, how many times have you seen a basketball player fall only to break an ankle? How many times have you seen a soccer player slide tackle and destroy another players ACL? Scooby has done a great job of establishing ignorant followers.

  • He was saying it's the most dangerous sport because it encourages being heavier which many players try to achieve by eating unhealthily... My god you're seriously retarded if you can't understand that.

  • No one has to be unhealthy. Where I play, people are not eating fast food to get big (cause they have enough intelligence to know that will only make them fat and "unhealthy") so they work out. And most linemen aren't even concerned about getting big, but getting BETTER. They understand that skill and technique will also benefit them, along with EXPLOSIVENESS and strength. I've seen 170 lb. guys destroy 250lb ones 1-on-1. And these same guys would be couch potatoes without football.

  • Did you seriously just scream into a pillow??? A football player must have stolen your girlfriend or beaten your ass. Your little paranoid voice in the wilderness will do absolutely nothing to stop people from playing football. Get over yourself.

  • The unhealthiest sport for teens is definitely NOT football. Cheerleading, for example, is WAY more dangerous. And football has a place for everyone of every size and shape . Small and fast (receivers) big and strong (linemen) or smart and nimble (quarterbacks). Being big is NOT a necessity for playing football. As a matter of fact, I know an offensive lineman who weighs 170 lb. and knocks 250 lb. players on their ass. Its really about skill more than strength. And that goes for about anything.

  • Part One: On average, there are about four direct football fatalities each year, and this is among nearly two million football players of all levels. The odds of being killed in a car crash are MUCH higher, yet we don't beg people to stop driving. We educate them on what they can do to remain safe. The same is true with teenagers who want to play football. We need to teach them the proper way to increase strength and endurance while staying safe. We should NOT discourage them from the sport.

  • Part Two: You forgot to mention how many bodybuilders die at a young age from lifting weights. Weight lifting might make you stronger, but it does little to make you healthy. Football players are a lot healthier than bodybuilders. Also, not every football player wants to bulk up. If some kid e-mails you and asks how to put on muscle weight for football, you should refer him to a real professional...you should not post some biased YouTube video calling for all teens to quit football.

  • Part Three: Lastly, to state football is the "unhealthiest" sport is false. In a 2005 study, basketball was the top sport to send teens to the ER, yet he is recommending basketball. Also, he is begging teens NOT to play football in this video, yet in his "Teen Workout" video he recommends they play football (and other sports) for 30 minutes to an hour each day. Which is it? In my opinion, this guy has no credibility. I'm also thinking he has some personal grudge against the sport.

  • @lachesismutus Look at the facts he's saying idiot...

  • @MaulzHurt Part One: He's not stating facts; he's stating opinions. Apparently, you don't even know the difference. First, he claims NFL players die 20 years earlier than average Americans & he says it's because football is an unhealthy sport. This is patently false. A study was done by Dr. Sherry Baron & it shows NFL offensive & defensive linemen are 52% more likely to die from heart disease than the general public. You don't get heart disease from playing football...you get it from being fat.

  • Do you not understand what he was saying? Football is a sport that encourages size. Some positions in football encourage being very heavy without being fast or athletic. And people can gain weight easily by eating bad food.

  • If that's all you got from his video, then you either didn't watch the entire video, you're engaging in selective hearing, or you didn't understand what he said. Do yourself a favor...before you make any more comments, go listen to the entire video. Otherwise, you'll just make yourself look ignorant...on YouTube.

  • @MaulzHurt Part Two: Scooby asks "what kind of choice does a teen have to play football?" He says they "have to sacrifice their health". My son is 6' 160 lbs & he's an offensive lineman at his high school. He lifts weights for strength & he trains in boxing and MMA, all of which benefit his football skills. He's proof that there are other choices. What Scooby should be saying is kids don't have to bulk up to play football. Instead, he attacks the sport with false "facts" & skewed opinions.

  • @MaulzHurt Part Three: Scooby says, "Football is not a good sport...for 2 reasons: death & injury." Each year bodybuilders suffer "death & injury". So, why isn't Scooby calling for a ban on bodybuilding? B/c he's promoting this sport & he begs for money on his website. Ask any doctor if it's healthy to gain 45 lbs (like Scooby did) & they'll tell you, "Absolutely not!" Whether it's muscle or fat, that amount of extra weight puts a strain on your heart & it's unhealthy for anyone, even Scooby.

  • Barely anything he says are "facts". Hypocrite.

  • actually that's wrong, weight lifting does a world of good to your body. it helps you prevent injury, increases bone and joint strength and is especially recommended to women as a very effective way to reduce the chances of osteoperosis thanks to the benefits of increased bone strength. also with serious bodybuilding, good nutritional habits are a must, greatly reducing the chances of living off junk. good workouts are also known to improve overall mood, the list goes on and on.

  • @michaelzwarszawy Part One: Actually, "what's" wrong? You need to be more specific. I'll assume you're referring to this comment: "Weight lifting might make you stronger, but it does little to make you healthy." This is not wrong. What is recommended to women is weight BEARING exercises. This includes jogging, aerobics, tennis, dancing, etc, as well as weight lifting. Of these, weight lifting is the least beneficial. It does little to improve your cardiovascular health.

  • Jogging? Seriously? The statistics say that 1/3 joggers/runners suffer an injury every year. Way higher than most any other sport. Way higher than weight lifting.

  • @KaelinSaint "Way higher than most any other sport?" Seriously? According to a report in The American Journal of Medicine, rugby & lacrosse produce 30 injuries per 1000 hrs of activity, basketball & squash produce around 14, jogging/walking produces about 6, & training with free weights produce 4 injuries per 1000 hrs. Jogging & running are two different activities. Running is more intense & produces about 11 injuries per 1000 hrs, with the majority of these injuries being from overuse.

  • @michaelzwarszawy Part Two: If all you do is weight lift, you'll get stronger, but do little to improve your health. I used to weight lift & train to fight, but I got too bulky. I quit lifting when I was about 17. Today, at 39, I'm in better shape than when I was lifting. Sure, I can't bench 300 lbs anymore, but I can grapple for an hour, box for 24 rounds, throw 100 kicks nonstop with each leg, & I have explosive power in both hands and legs. You don't get that from "serious bodybuilding".

  • @michaelzwarszawy Part Three: In addition to explosive power, some of the most important aspects of my training include speed, endurance, agility & coordination exercises (even Scooby admits these are the things that promote TRUE fitness & health), & none of these come from weight lifting. I can build strength without weight lifting, but weight lifting doesn't provide adequate speed, endurance, agility & coordination, so it does little to improve your health. At least Scooby realizes that much.

  • Funny how medical doctors are starting to realize how much of a positive impact weight lifting has on a persons cardiovascular health.

Lifting heavy weights requires a ton of coordination, especially if you're doing things like snatches and even cleans. Dumbbell lifts also require quite a bit of coordination.

Want to try an endurance feat, bench 225 as many times as you can and tell me weight lifting doesn't build endurance.

  • @michaelzwarszawy Part Four: Bodybuilding doesn't reduce the chances of living off of junk food...self-control does that. The vast majority of serious bodybuilders consume an enormous amount of junk. Instead of focusing on proper diet and hard work, the majority of them turn to unregulated supplements (junk). You can get all the vitamins & minerals you need from food, but that's not enough for most of these guys. They want to be bigger & stronger than the next guy & they try to take short cuts.

  • You idiots he is so right cause steroids are very bad for an adult's health and double bad for a teen's health there is no reason to hate or stop supporting a person cause he is just telling the truth btw real foortball is the best.

  • i was fan of yours..but now you are just an ignorant fuck

  • f*ckin idiot

  • wouldn't wrestling be the unhealthiest sport for teens? i mean you have to lose a lot of weight or gain a lot of weight at a time also you have to maintain that weight. So people either worry about their weight by not eating or taking laxatives to lose that weight. So wrestling is the unhealthiest.

  • Handball is actually recommended by the Presidents Council on Fitness as the #1 sport to play as it works all aspects of fitness:

    endurance

    speed

    flexibility

    co-ordination

    power

it is also cheap to play, requires little equipment and can be played in a singles, doubles or team situation.

  • I so like you when you screem.

  • football=worst sport ever.

  • @ilovebilliejoe35 i bet youve never played football or if you did, sadly it just wasnt your talent

  • in practice some kid got his bone from his bone out of his hand....it was disturbing

  • uhhhhh sorry but this video is wrong, you can eat the healthiest food and gain weight as long as you eat enough. Lift weights right and eat a ton and you can put on 25 pounds. Some of it will be fat but once you get big enough, the muscle will help burn the fat off quickly.

  • @popemobile15 i totally agree. and what about the pro bodybuilders surely they are more unhealthy , they are usuall short around 5 ft 6 to 8 and weigh 240 lbs in the off season . thats worse in my book than a 6ft 3 football player weighing 240 lbs

  • yeah but he is saying its particulary bad for teens its not healthy for teens to gain so much weigh in so litle time its bad for their body

  • fuck off football is th shit

  • nope MMA or Boxing. If you want collission or contact sport, get in the ring baby.

  • tell me if Im wrong, but working out and bulking up with good carbs and proien... u can easly and safely stack on 2 pounds a week??

  • @AweezyG22

sure you can, but pounds of FAT not muscles..

consider yourself lucky if you can manage to gain 1 pound of 100% muscle per month (without taking a load shit of supplements and/or roiding)

that's just silly... if you could get 2 pounds of muscle per week bodybuilders would be made in 3 years.. it takes up to 10+ years of dedication to be a massive bodybuilder lol

  • u dont have to be big to play football thats bullshit unless u want to be lineman or something

  • haha your right, it works somewhat for us, but ive gained 65 pounds in the past year and a half and im pretty sure im just fucking myself up

  • This is actually good advice. I used to feel bad about never playing football but now I realize it was smart because injury rates are so high in football. Lets face it, guys play football in high school because they want to get laid.

  • haha you got to be kidding me... he probably sucks at football thats why hes telling you this shit

  • I dunno man, he's got his facts straight.

  • Drink a gallon of milk a day it will put the weight on.

  • i love football and im a freshman i woundt stop for the world

  • @Bigbob395

    Hehe:D:D

  • ohhhh that sucks i play football and i play Xbox shit

  • Is martial art like Wing tsun healthy?

  • i know this is an opinion but you have to understand he is coming from only a place of care. He is looking out for teens

  • pretty pwned man.

  • Spearing is illegal but they get away with it all the time.

  • nice fish

  • There is nothing more I can add to the excellent advice that was just given by scooby. The only thing I can say, is I agree with scooby that football is unhealthy and dangerous. Keep up the good work scooby.

  • What workout do you recommend for lower abs?

  • crunches. make sure u do them properly though.

  • no offense but why did scooby have to post this video on youtube, from educated ppl about training to telin em what sport to play,it was inevitable that this was going to start a huge fight amongst people, its personal choice, everyone keeps to their own opinion, cause as far as im conscerned every sport is doing you bad, but what you gonna do sit at home all day, gym one days gona giv me problems,iv thought the conciquences and decided to do it, for the time being and suffer the consquences later

  • i think boxing will be better

  • Spearing is illegal in the NFL now adays retard

  • I think you dont like football because you were never really good at football... You dont have to gain 25lbs in 6 months to be a good football player... You dont need steroids to be good at football... Many boys spend time playing men...While football players go out on a field and become better men...

  • Also, Correct me if I'm wrong but the only way for someone to know whether football players actually die earlier would be to study them over a period of time, in this case would mean studying guys from an era where ripping someone's head off with their facemask was legal, and where guys were free to smoke cigarettes and drink because of a non-existant drug policy. I could be wrong, but maybe you need to think before you post a vid about something regardless of whether it's America's Game or not.

  • There's also third way to put on weight, Scoob. It's called "Working Out". I'm sure you've heard of it. Also, I'm pretty sure that football requires speed, agility, coordination, and endurance as much, if not more than those sports. You saying that it unhealthy is ridiculous, because this is coming from a man who lives in a country where the majority of people are overweight, and will die earlier because their diets are shitty.

  • @ghostboi199 You can't gain weight fast even working out. Offcourse if you use steroids you will, but its not the way to do it.

  • I'm guna get flamed the shit out of for this but.... Rugby is a million times more manly then American football. Helmets and shoulder pads?

  • @him050 i wear a helmet for rugby (well scrum hat) and the only reason they wear the helmets is because the diffrent style of tackling

  • @stotheototheatothep Scrum caps are different though aren't they. Not really to protect your head, mostly to stop cauliflower ears :-P.

  • rugby players are white...enough said

  • Scooby, you know unprotected gay sex is less healthy than football

  • @BigBob395 hahahahah :-D

  • agree haha

  • yea ill quit football and play soccer and doubles volleyball, yea rite this is a joke its a fucking brutal sport who gives a shit people like this guy arnt tough enogh to play football

  • i think some people need to chill the fuck out.

just because he said football is a dangerous and unhealthy sport doesn't mean you dont have to play it. he does bring up some good points and i think that people should do some research before talking out of their ass and assuming what statistics are real or not

  • notice his glasses are broken...dude needs to move out of his mom's basement and get a real job--and some Walmart glasses...

  • @TheLiberalsSuck Dont you get a joke?

  • Oh, I get the joke, but he is still a fag and a weirdo...wouldn't want my kids near him...

  • not bad an argument... nice

  • Oh my god do you really think you are in any position to tell anyone what sport to play?? Give me a break

  • Hockey?...Hockey?...WTF man hockey is way more dangerous then football...The reason most kids dnt get hurt skateboarding is because they dnt...football is a great sport and shoul'd be praised...and i see u forgot to mention baseball...if u really cared bout america you would mention america's past time dumb shit

  • learn how to type correctly, or go back to school.... and I like your arguments - "why?- because!" ;] ... football doesn't even deserve its name- soccer is the real football...

  • Soccer is shit...football is called football because you have to kick it to start the game...besides "American" football came first into america before soccer

  • @SwantonBomb30

uhm- by the "ball" you mean that little oblong abject that remind me a chicken egg?... sorry I remember when people use to refer to a ball as spherical object.... and did you know that in soccer you also start the game with kicking the "ball"? oh and wait there is more! you keep using your feet to kick it! ... i think American football is another attempt for USA to be "original" in the very most retarded way they can- just like the imperial measuring system.. stupid and worthless

  • "in the very most retarded way they can" hence the RETARDED word, speak for yourself, and let me guess, mr. oh canada, you think canadian football is perfect?

  • Nobody is talking eggs...ok...football is a great american sport...but what has canada accomplished lately...i mean for real...your just mad because you didn't make the team so you moved to canada...and what does that make rugby?...its not an american sport so it must be HEALTHY!! and whats that, oh yeah they dnt use PADS in Rugby

  • THis is a joke just like your name

  • scooby, just cuzz u get your juice from a doctor or hormone replacement therapy clinic does not mean your any better than someone who gets it off the streets, so come on, you know u use, so dont bag on others that do

  • @rustybones3115 you can tell he is 100% natural go to his website and you will see pictures from him 18 to 45 ap yeah shutup

  • soccer is one of the most athletic sports on earth. When most people picture an athlete they picture someone shaped like a soccer player or someone that runs track maybe even a basketball player. But also if u love football u can't really get away from it just cuz it causes early death. Life isn't measured by how many years u live, it's measured by how good the years were. But I agree with u in a lot of things like I said

  • I gonna have to say that wrestling is the most unhealthy sport

  • @MOETA9 Me too

  • @MOETA9 yea for sure in wrestling you have to loose weight, but hey its a sport, and not all sports are healthy, and the way this guy talking about football i can tell you that he never played a sport in his life

  • Football is just another excuse to touch other guy. espeically big black guy. j/k....but set a side from that you don't need to be big and have huge muslce to play football. you could be 5'5 and weight 120 pound but crush everybody in football. i know some people who are like 5'0-5'10 and weigh 100-140 pound but still are able to beat big huge ass guy.

  • i understand your point scooby, but when the hormones are raging, volleyball just doesnt do the job!

  • LOL!! thats fuckin funny

  • roid rage!!!

  • The Colts suck! Peyton Manning looks like a horse and Indiana is a racist KKK hate crime state anyway. Those dumb rabbit snatchers and pig fuckers don't deserve a super bowl anything. They shouldnt even have a team because Indiana is a boring state. Notre Dame sucks too! They will NEVER win a BSC title! That whole state sucks. Ohio sucks too. Yeah Drew Brees went to Purdue, I know. But he hated it there bcuz it's gay. Porter attended Indiana U. I know. But he knows it sucked there!

  • well if you have to build 25 pounds of muscle in that short of time there should obviously not be playing, there way to damn small to begin with just give them a tennis racket

  • @devin6300 its called punter/ kicker

  • what do u think about taekwondo?

  • Scooby: just let them die younger. Natural selection will do the rest ;).

• its not impossible. if your working out properly, eating properly and frequently and your supplying your muscles with the right nutrients etc, then no, its not impossible. you can put on a 1lb a week. it may not be 100% muscle but most of it will be if your doing it properly.

  • pussy fucking die cunt

  • Bodybuilding is also an unhealthy sport scooby.

If you enter contests, you need to be near starved of carbs and at a dangerously low bodyfat level. and even dehydration...

Let alone the drugs involved if you want to be the "Best" at bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding as a profession is terrible for health.

Bodybuilding for fun and gaining muscle naturally and eating balanced is healthy.

  • l-arginine? It good or bad

  • this guy looks so gay!! lol what type of football do u play?......

  • over tha summer i gained 30 pounds and i didnt even eat junk. I just had a lot healthy foods with big calories like pasta, bagels, etc. And are u really that insecure about having an ugly face that u have to make up for it by not wearing a shirt. thats really sad.

  • You are absolutely right! I gained 100 lbs of pure muscle in 4months with just low calorie high protein foods and I feel as good as ever.

  • u a fucking lier that is impossible

  • wow do u seriously hav to hav ur shirt off in every video? please put a shirt on.Not everybody who watches ur video is gay!

  • umm u have boobs

  • Those are pectorals...big pecs I might add.

  • you are truely an idiot. kids play it because they LOVE the game. and it's not impossible or unhealthy to gain 25 pounds in 6 months are you kidding me? and you do not have to eat fast food or take illegal substances. i know this for a fact, i took weigh protein and lifted in the summer of 06 when i weighed 155-160 and weighed 180-185 by the beginning of the season.

  • stfu

  • Asking americans to stop playing football because of head injuries (you could replace football by any sport that causes frequent head injuries!) is like asking them to stop eating fast food because of health issues. Old habits die hard!

I think it's almost impossible to ask americans to stop playing a sport they are so fond of. But they should at least know ALL the risks involved.

  • not that bad.

lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks for wrestling. all good now. my health teacher was pissed because we did this one thing to calculate how much calories, fat etc intake.....when i was on that diet i took in 300 calories a day.. it sucked, but was worth it. And yeah i know i'm not tryin to troll on this vid but i'm just saying i had a harder time...sorry
