I say you should look into different servers in the East Coast that benefits your latency problem and since your a huge and awesome PvPer i think you should look up some others. Like one that helps your latency, has a lot of PvP, and has a good/big PvE community in the server. Even though it might be hard to find that perfect server it will be well worth the time of research and testing! :D
