I'm surprised that his trainer doesn't correct his form on some of these exercises.... for example, on the I Y T's and the reverse fly, he kept bending his arms. If you keep them straighter, it becomes much tougher as you extend your arms out to the side. Also, when he started doing the pushups, Drew's back had a pretty good slope in the middle, putting a lot of strain on his back and less on his shoulders... and the TRX should never have slack in it, like when he was doing the rows

@tmurfsurf Ya that is exactly what i was thinking, also he has slack in most of the exercises he does. I've only used the TRX for a few weeks
