Wonderful move by Bearnake to defer to inlfation as people lose their homes. People that took that crappy interest only loans and ARM's didn't deserve their homes anyways. Let the credit crunch continue. And never count on the Fed to save the day. The fed has typcially been late to the party. The market is repricing risk and working it out through its own mechanisms. Expect more volatility and don't get caught too deep on the short side.
