thats the rod bearings knocking, hondas have issues with rod bearings because they dont make much torque and you have to rev them to the moon to get out of their own way. Sad, it may last a few more thousand miles but it needs the crankshaft machined down and new rod bearings, mayas well just get another engine, or better yet, get another car.
@tom69z28 I guess that's why my first one had 240,000 miles and ran perfect. The one I currently own has 220,000 miles and runs perfect. Anyway, I can't put any stock into what you have to say because of the simple fact that you said, "there" instead of, "they're." Any normal 3rd grader knows better.
one drill bit in the intake will not bend ALL of your valves, it cant bounce around from cylinder to cylinder. It would have bent one cylinders valves if that. Bending valves is not likely with Honda engines as they are a "non-interference type". Probably damaged the intake valve and or seat..

@tom69z28
No it's not. It's bent exhaust valves on the #2 cylinder. Had the head rebuilt and put 13k mikes on it since with 0 problems.

@bmwlover510 The H22A4 is an interference engine so it is very easy to bend a valve if your timing belt breaks or even stretches out too much

You sure it's a bent valve? It doesn't have a rough idle like others.
