So, when you buy a house, or horse property, as I want to, do you have the option to pay it off in smaller payments over the course of a few months or years?
According to the MLS MLS#: CH7167780, it's 600K. It sounds good, but IMO that's overpriced unless you can afford to pay cash. The house is wood/siding and was built in 1949. and probably not built by a professional.
For a regular person like me, getting to work would be impossible, LOL and the mortgage and insurance would kill me, but if you pay cash, it seems like a nice place to have horses and get some peace and quiet.
To prevent a "money pit" I would build a new house.
I have looked at this house several times online over the past year or so. It is my dream.
