If you watch the whole series or read the manga, he is madly and inevitably in love with Keroro. There's a lot to the anime that has to do with sexuality if you ask me. Koyuki is a lesbian, she loves Natsumi. Kururu, believe it or not is made to seem bisexual because he has a thing for Aki and in numerous episodes has been shown to like Giroro.

Yes I know what you're thinking, "What the fu-?" But it's still a very good series, I think it's hilarious.Watch it sometime!
