Now to track down the people who actually took this class to find out what secrets of the universe sapolsky imparted in the couple of unrecorded lectures. :D
Just finished watching all the lectures. Best lecturer I've ever seen, and I do watch a lot of lectures. Huge thanks to Stanford U and the most venerable Dr Sapolsky!
An astoundingly knowledge filled series of lectures about one of the toughest subjects on the planet. Great thanks to all involved, especially Mr. Sapolsky.
How does someone begin to deal with the fact that, in all likelihood, there's no such thing as "free will"? That the things a person does are entirely governed by genetics and the influence of environment on them? That the whole notion of personal responsibility is a myth? How does one live in such a world?
Being able to audit this course was a pleasure and a privilege.
Thank you Prof. Sapolsky and thank you Stanford University for doing what you could to help me realize my thirty year old dream of studying at Stanford.
In spite of it only being virtual, it was definitely worth the wait.
@psychiaTree You'd be the best but blip says "sorry, we can't play this episode". Would appreciate it a hundred times if anybody could make this available somehow. Please please.
Useless, you could cover the entire course in about 2 minutes of a philosophy lecture, professor could do it in 15 seconds.

I gave my computer a standing ovation at the end, this series has been the best 25+ hours I've ever spent on the internet.
In honour of Sapolsky, I've started using the phrase "what's THAT about?!" in everyday conversation.
Huge thanks to everyone involved.
