I love how they use bodybuilders who are already huge.Without prescription steroids your body can only take you so far.Diet clean take 6 meals a day spaced a few hrs apart don't over train @ least 30 grams protein per meal protein shakes 2-3 times a day pre bed 1 protein drink other 1 hr after workout

@evilunixuser1 I actually purchased a 2lb container of the cinnamon roll and mixed it with water after every workout. It actually doesn't taste bad at all in my opinion. I was really shocked with how well it tasted and the thickness of it in just water. I would definitely purchase this stuff again.
