1985, High school sweethearts, I thought i really thought i would marry that beautiful brown eyed, long soft brown haired girl she always smelled like peaches and pears, 4 years....the summer of 86 i go to Marine Boot Camp, 5 letters a day went to 1 letter a week till the last one "I think that a long distance love will not work" god did i love that girl, I still see her, her hair looks just as soft. we just look at each other and smile, each knowing...it could have worked, against all odds.....
