I have seen this scene in the dubbed and by god, it is butchered.

Tomo just says "chinsukou" to Yomi in english. That's it. yeah, like the dubbers thought most people would get that joke.

The ukoncha is worse than chinsukou, Tomo says "Spiced Tea!" a bunch of times to Yomi.

Yeah, like those were supposed to be funny in english without an explanation.
