Oh... Also, do you still keep in contact with the old boys much. I sure hope you do I love the Music Aaron and Nick are producing. Hope all is well in Washington.
By far one of the most unique bands to come out of the Seattle music scene in the mid 90s. I loved you guys from the time I heard you till now (c.12yo) now 21 still love to throw many good POL songs on mix cds for my friends this song moves me in many ways it reaches the deepest parts of me when Im battling between what I want & what I know I should do thank you Scott for you and your friends amazing music this and Rail are my favorite two songs from old school POL I love the waiting room album
No symbolism involved -- she was helping us out! :)
"Sickly" has always been one of my favorites too. It was written very quickly in the studio, and just fell together so nicely. My only complaint is that the "live" version had better energy!
I'm not doing anything musically at the present, aside from leading worship at my church from time to time. I'm enjoying that quite a bit.
saw them in 94 at fresno state....we were told to stop moshing while they played...their myspace says they are based in California..and what you ask about do you mean by what do i mean by having their backs>>that means I have their backs....hello>>>earth to dorkass...
their myspace says they are in california...but if they were not born here...then too bad,..i was..and it rules...except of course for all the crime and taxes and well..almost everything else..hehe..and ..been a fan for 14 years...so got their backs means..they are like brothers to me..I stood front row in 94 as they played Fresno State live...we were told to stop moshing!!
this one of my favorite songs ever and that's saying a lot....

I should've filmed myself trying to sleep a few nights ago, it would've looked just like you at 3:22! Love the atmosphere in all the videos!

I'm so glad these videos are up, my brother has the one and only VHS copy we owned and now he lives roughly 200 miles away now!
Also, this was filmed at Lincoln High School, right?

Yes, most of the footage was filmed at Lincoln High School. The rest was filmed within a few miles or so.
FYI -- It was my "future wife" pouring the bucket of water on me! It was *really* cold :)

Man, I hope that was supposed to symbolize something or else that just sounds mean! :p
I always loved Sickly, the lyrics are great, the instrumentation was top-notch... plus I'm a sucker for moody music! :)
So do you have anything going on musically right now, just out of curiosity?
