It looks like it is the standard #3 system that you can order from Buchla. But the 285e Frequency Shifter/Balanced Modulator has been replaced by a 297 Infinite Phase Shifter and in stead of the usual 250e 'sequencer' he has the 249e.

The usage of the 249e is probalbly due to that this sytem was created before the 250e was created.
