And pointing out that it was Jake Heaps' first game isn't exactly an excuse for winning, it's simply a fact. Skyline had 9 fumbles that game on snaps/handoffs, and lost 4 of them.

Issaquah is overrated,they lost to Woodinville 21-0 who got killed by Bothell,funny skyline scheduled W'ville after they went 2 3A after victories at state and reg season but wouldnt schedule Bellevue when moved to 4A. Probably b/c they know theyd Kill Woodinville but when requested by Bell. 2 play at QWEST field, they backed out. Im not taking sides but they knew theyd beat W'ville so they scheduled them, they didnt schedule Bellevue for the opposite reason, not so much confidence of a victory.

i was there. that game was intense. i was rooting for odea and i thought my eyeballs were going to fall out after skyline picked up that fumble and made a touchdown. after that, the game went down hill for odea. but skyline was totally earned that win.
