For this 20+ min video the commercials are built in, while any other video it is only random. F5 only refreshes the page making it very likely that there won't be a random commercial when it loads. Also, if you make the mistake of trying F5 for the commercial at the middle of this video it will just refresh, and your video will start back at the begging and the buffer that was previously loaded is gone as well, forcing you to wait. And yes, I am idiot enough to have tried it.
