Akuma aint that hard just takes long, Unlock all characters sept Seth Akuma and Gouken and bet arcade mode on any level w/o continue and then you'll fight akuma, beat him to get him. Gouken is little more complicated than that...

It's all a matter of preference. I main Akuma, with Gouken and Bison on the side, and I can safely say that the necessary playing styles for A/G are completely different. Akuma is either very defensive or offensive, and Gouken is right in between, but more suited to offense. His EX Hadouken, however, is a very effective defensive move.

actually Gotetsu was the one that created Ansatsuken which was the base for Akuma's style, Gouken (Gotetsu's brother) taught Ken and Ryu the anti-ansatsuken style of martial arts because he didn't want Ryu and Ken to become like Akuma. Gotetsu was killed by Akuma which is where he got the beads from after stealing them from his dead corpse, Gotetsu died with a smile knowing he mastered the dark path

Ken's full name is Ken Masters (ケン・マスターズ) so I find it a little hard to swallow that "Ken is 3/4ths Japanese and 1/4 American" when his Dad has a western last name and you say "His dad is full Japanese". Also Ken's name in Japanese is ケン rather than 拳 which denotes that he has a foreign name which does not mean "Fist". In English Ken is normally the shortened version of Kenneth.
