@FenchelJanisch Did you use a ND filter when shooting? Or did you adjust the shutter speed and shoot as is? If you did use an ND filter, which one did you use?
how did u get the effect in the beginning where its dark & you see there shawdows around the 0:00-0:03 mark of the video? nice vid im thinking about getting a d7000 have u had in problems with yours? some people have with dead & hot pixels i would like to know before i buy
Nice vid real crisp keep on rockin on your work is very helpful. If you want you can check 1 of our videos out...shaolyn save em and scynikal state of mind, post your thoughts pls we value the input. PEACE!
Great video... the comment on using 60D for slow mo is quite significant for me. I know D7000 cannot shoot 60fps hence you use the D60. Is this a deal breaker for you ? I realise video speed is a very important element in editing. D7000 shooting at 24p doesnt allow slow motion footage (not sure).
I am currently having the toughest time, deciding between the D7000 and 60D, and I intend to shoot videos. I currently have Nikon glass, which makes it so painful to switch. Will u go D7000 or 60D ?
Hey great work on this project! Love the colour grading, composition, and the anamorphic lens flares. The only thing I could do without is the heavy vignette on the fish eye shots. It's a bit harsh and distracting, but liveable. I love watching your vids and always enjoy your choice for background music.
I shoot with a D3s and I'm looking to pick up the D7000 for video finally with 1080.
I may hold out for the D700 replacement, but I'll see how impatient I am.
Very nice shooting, very impressive! Is there any reason that you use both canon & nikon lenses? I was told from a die-hard canon photographer that nikon had better lenses overall?
i love the look you got with this camera. did you have any problems with Moiré? your focus and camera movement are very creative and add a lot to the video. the rolling shutter is hardly noticeable even when you move the frame quickly. i only could see it a little at 1:51 - 1:56 great job!
Die Synchro ist ein bisschen daneben gegangen, aber sonst top.

What German accent is this? I don't recognize it... sounds like a French accent or something even though the words are German.

@SmokeBoogieLightning Nikon's 35mm f/1.8 (I believe that's it's f-stop) is much, much sharper wide open compared to Canon's 50mm f/1.8.
Albeit, the nifty fifty is not as expensive (Nikon's 35mm is around 3 times the prices), but both are great; it's just the 50mm is softer.
Again, it isn't a fair comparison between them due to the difference of 35mm vs 50mm, but it is still a decent example.

Your shooting with nikon and canon because of slow mo, so why not do it all on canon?

Nice video. Please encourage people to sign my petition so that you no longer have to use the 60D (or other Canons) for your slow mo.
