Of course she is not irani, but according to my iranian ears this accent sound just like mashadi/torbati accent of eastern Iran. even if u hear some other village persian accents of Iran like Lori/bakhtiari and shirazi u will feel the same. etc in lori(iranian) they say "yo kine" which means "Who is this", in herati they say "ee kine" almoust same. In Mashad and parts of Khorasan province of Iran they say eshtoni/ashtoni which means whats up (typicall slang) Herati say Ashtani, many words r same

My bad, LOL. Eshtani which is almoust same like mashadis say, but they pronounce differently more like "Eshtoni". Its matter of different accents, and the vocals can change place to place between A and E. etc some people say ahsaas and some say ehsaas. U got my point? But its very true that herati accent is almoust like khorasani accent of Iran ;)
