The pictures aren't behind! Some conductors like to move ahead a bar or so. This is common in many famous orchestras that the conductor is a few bars ahead. Karajan was the villain in this, being really far ahead.

No, that's not the case with this video. Watch the beginning; no conductor gives an orchestra two bars of rest to prepare and even then, when the music actually starts playing, it shows the oboes playing. :S
