  • Are the trebles slightly too sharp? Otherwise a lovely recording.

  • Memories of Edward Scott's choir at Ermysted's every Founders' Day! But it is too slow!

  • brings back memories of all saints Penge in 1948,wonderful choir run by old ST Paul London choir member

  • Nostalgic for me too. Remember singing this as a tenor in the choir at Berkhamsted School in the early 1960s. You never forget this kind of thing.

  • This is a piece that makes me nostalgic.Such a heart rending piece.

  • Wish I had a recording from when St. Mark's Cathedral did this on Easter.

  • The best 6 and a half minutes of my life has just been spent listening to this. Absolutely wonderful and "well done" to everyone. Thanks for posting.

  • this is a great way to start the day!

  • I sing this in London the Choralen at Breda!

  • it says 'not too slow'. this is too slow.

  • @jackthe33th , definately

  • Fantastic.... my enthusiasm echoes the music

  • This past Saturday I was blessed to sing Stanfords B Flat Service, in special half-day choir school, with special World famous conductor Nicholas Cleobury (well known for his work with international orchestras and our own Johannesburg Philharmonic).

The Te Deum in B flat, here, does bring some colour where it ought; and shade.

  • many thanks for all the excellent music- i used to be in a choir and brings back great memories

    thanks again
