Are you giving me pronunciation tips? You really need to write a word with the IPA, or else it's meaningless. But I don't think those symbols work in YT comments.
First of all I hope you are doing fine. My name is Gio, and I am from Mexico. I really find your videos very helpful since I am currently learning japanese, but I also want to improve my english. I wish I had found your show before. Well, take care and hope you keep doing a great job.
Thanks Gio :) Yeah, my name is Sarah - but I guess yesterday's title was confusing. Funnily enough, I actually answer to Lisa because often people in Japan forget my name and call me Lisa (because it's kind of like Sarah backwards in Japanese).
It's interesting that what you call a "snack bar" is what we call a "strip club" in the United States. We also have "snack bars," but our snack bars are places where you can buy candy and chips (or crisps) and coffee.. Nobody taking any clothes off at our snack bars. =)
I deleted this and uploaded it again because there was a mistake. I don't always do this to fix mistakes, but this time it was a place name (I spelt Moiwa with an e instead of an i), so I thought I'd better fix it.
We all live in a yellow submarine, yellow submarine, yellow submarine....! This one will challenge your skills!

Hmm... try listening to that explanation again. Its similarity to strip clubs is that it caters mainly to men, but no bare boobies. :)

Oh! I must have missed the meaning.

wowJhil (7 hours ago) haha, great joke :p Hm, was it really ok to tell that secret? :o
wowJhil (7 hours ago) That "bar culture", or what one should call it, is rather strange! Kind of old fashion, no?
