The Peacemaker... The police car. They are all over the place and if you really need one, shoot some people get a two star rating and grab one. Buy the nearest Rim Jobs, walk in the front door to clear your wanted level, change the paint or remove the front mod/lights on the Peacemaker and it will save. Now use the cop car to do this trick.
