@AleksandarKospenda there's one simple answer....SKIPPING!!!...it helps a lot. It's also an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise and gets you light on your feet...Which is why boxers implement it to their training regime.. :-)

You can buy a skipping rope for about £4....piece of advice, don't skip on concrete...Bad idea..go to the local gym to skip or do it in your house
