Where are you guys getting this, I don't here Danzig anywhere in his voice. Danzig sings like he's blowing a fucking bubble. You know Maynard from Tool? that's what I hear from time to time, that and Graveyard.
@TheLongLakeRockstar You're not listening if you don't hear Danzig. Maynard? Maynard is much more nasal, and completely lacks the "rock'n'roll" notes that this fella puts in, similar to one Glenn Danzig.
@512metro HA! Yea ok. I'm surprised you can actually pick out the notes when listening to the musician with one of the most horrible voices in music. Seriously. This guy sounds nothing like Glenn and thank god for that.
I swear if I read another comment about how this band sounds like someone else, I might just shit a fuckin chicken. They're not Glenn Danzig fused with Jim Morrison playing with Sabbath. They're fuckin Witchcraft, and they kick ass as Witchcraft.
@IncensePeppermints68 I suppose his voice doesn't, but I was thinking of songs like Samaritan Burden at like 3:00 where the style is the same. I agree that this song doesn't have any though, on second thought. .
Saw these guys live in the summer of 2008, soo awesome! Pretty much everyone on the festival was at another concert, but there was still around 300 people just digging the groove to these guys in a real cozy place. Was such an experience!
Another good part was during the intro of this song, you could clearly smell someone lighting up a J in the crowd. Ah, good times!
i got a nwotm album free with classic rock magazine and this was the only good song on it and the only band on it that could if they want call themselves traditional metal.
bullshit. his voice sounds a bit danzig-ish at small parts, but there is no danzig influence here at all. hints of pentagram and sabbath are all over their music but it stops at mere influence. these guys are their own animal.
The Band is sooooo awesome. I saw them live yesterday. I drove 500 Kilometers for 90 minutes of the finest music i have heard in a lot time. It was worth every damn centimeter and minute of the journey.
This has Sabbath written all over it, as well. Especially in the drums not mention the haunting guitar tones.
