This is a proper form of "Shirk" saying that he is the one who gives sisters the brother and mothers the son. Would a true Muslim discriminate between a girl and boy, when both are the givings of Allah, as stated in Quran? Is he even able to give that? Does that "Peer" sleeps with that mother or sister? this song in the praise of lord jhulaylal(other saints hindu or muslim shahbaz qalandar) worshipped by sindhis of sindh both hindus and muslims. Jhoolaylal ( or uderolal) is known to have shown form of Khwaja Khizr (Khadir) who's worshipped by hindus / muslims. So this is not a hindu song nor muslim song originally. Whenever this is sung it is sung in praise of Oneness of God.....
