aww...his proposal is sooo unique...i love it when a guy does romantic things to get a girl's attention...especially for a 'marry me' scene.....i've seen proposals like placing the ring in the cake/ice cream or tied around a balloon but placing it in the water is the best one i've seen that way you will be able to actually see the ring and the diamond can sparkle in it making it even better!
