@soulkeeper4life I'm wearing the Infinity face paint, which gives you infinite ammo. You get it by finishing the game with a Tsuchinoko (type of snake) that is still alive. Then start a new game plus from that save file and wear that face paint and all of your guns will have infinite ammo.
If you want to know how to catch and keep the Tsuchinoko through the whole game, there's Youtube videos and written walkthroughs for that.
