Assimilation happens under coercisive exposure all the time in human history.

The offspring of a minority feels less repression. Time marches on, so does the social phenomenon of assimilation.

First of all, I would like to say that I am a chinese, and proud to be one. As Mr. Fighting tyranny said, that he has no hatrad for the chinese people, but just for the communist regime. I would like to ask him why then, is he still claiming that Tibet is not part of CHINA, not just part of communist china. I agree that Tibet was not part of china before communist invasion, but that is because Tibet has always signed peace treaty with all the previous dynasyties to be china's colony.

Today, President Hu Jintao only speaks of 'safeguarding national security and maintaining harmony and stability in society.' It is not an easy task, when repression is the only weapon known to him and his colleagues.

Peace & Harmony come from bottom of the Heart. & in Tibet speaks only with Guns.

No such entity as a Tibetan Chinese and we can't live long because Chinese keep killing, oppressing, and raping our land and our people. May Tibetans be happy in Tibet and may Chinese be happy in China.
