Did you people sign contracts when you took out your credit cards. Yes. were you forced to, no. Did you read your contract, I guess not. I pay my bill in full every month, why should I not get my bill paid for. Because thats not right. I signed a contract and I have to stick with it. Bravo jtackeff: you are exactly the kind of sheep the banks want. There also exists a good faith contract that the bank will behave professionally and responsibly and not abuse the contract. Just because legally then can if you really are the "valued customer" like they always say you are then they wouldn't. Also, we're not lawyers so it really doesn't matte what those contracts say. If BOA wants to make you pay something their lawyers will show where the contract says you have to pay.

you know i actually tried the credit card companies , you see i took out some cards , charged them , and stoped paying ... now i do prank videos when the bill collectors call , don't beleive me check out my vids ... thank you B of A for the nice 42 inch TV you got me for xmass last year! it's one of those gifts that keep on giving!!!cheers!

I wonder if they do this kind of crap to people with 10's of thousands of dollars in their accounts? I never had more than $3,000 in my account at once, do they do shit like this to everyone, or just people with less money? Regardless I think everyone should pull all their money and close their accounts with BoA because of their fucking thievery.

I'm glad you liked my video. "A group in suites figuring out the best way to screw you" is correct. Every month when I go online to pay my BOA credit card, I have to be very sure I MANUALLY change the payment date or it pays it late even though I'm on their webpage a week before it's due! Out of all the bills I pay online from other credit cards and accounts, BOA is the ONLY one who tries to trick you into paying LATE!

thanks for the support -- i cancelled my BoA account EXCEPT for this tiny little credit card I've had since college. I should have known better, I switched to TD Bank and do all of my transactions with a credit card that I pay in full each month. It sucks that you literally have to go over everything with a fine tooth comb to prevent them from screwing you. But what sucks even more is that they screw you even if you are a good customer that pays on time! It's fucking bullshit and its ILLEGAL!

Yup. They WANT you to be late. Just a LITTLE late. So they can charge you the $39 late fee PLUS jump you up to something like 29.9% APR for 6 months! Which is what they did to me. And I thought I was paying it on time each month until i noticed the trickery in their form fill boxes! :-(
