If you ask Brig Hart the company's name that destroyed parts of amway especially in Australia "Monavie" like a virus. There are certain individuals in Australia, and you know who you are, tried to run Monavie like Amway. And it FAILED. They ought to be a shamed of there ethics in ripping out a group from an 80 yr old lady. It was on the same level as grannyphilia. Disgusting individuals. Where is the integrity? Anyway Amway works if you work it with your whole heart, and do what is prescribed.

why is the tools a problem? do you need to learn? yes if you whant to have your own buissness. if it makes money? yes. but not to forget amway pays big bonus only when product volume is made not tools. but if you don ´t whant to work or you need a excus for failure and need to quit. whel, you can easly blame others.

His network was run like the Mafia.. When you hit certain pin levels in the business you had the "honor" to speak in the groups.. That is where all the money is made.. If his down line did not like you or you acted in a way that did not fit their liking you were banished from make the money from tapes, book, and speaking engagements.

@surfer1104 They allow you to speak when you hit certain pin levels b/c they only want successful people to speak to the groups. You're not going to allow non-successful people to speak are you? There's a certain mindset that you have to have to be able to teach and speak, if you don't have it or can't convey it you're not allowed to speak. Most of the money the volume you move, whether from network or sales, not from the tapes, cds, and speaking engagements, trust me

@jt2737 Have you listened to what Dexter has said? Obviously not. He went silver after the first couple months in business, stalled for 3 years and once he started selling tools he rocketed to the forefront. His family made tons because he monopolized on the tools. Everyone else made money AFTER InterNET services did, which he financed and his family operates to this day. I know exactly why Amway split - Dexter refused to share in the tool profits. Brutal honest is the best policy :)

@jt2737 Quixtar and Amway didn't split, they're the same company. Quixtar is what it was called in North America, and Amway global is what it was called internationally, now it's just amway

@JBlake0000 his tool income was exposed at the time of the 1979 lawsuit against amway. it was only several million. if you read the court documents 4 all the tool lawsuits against him [and you can because they are posted online] and even if you extrapolate out a gross of 15-20 million for 30 years, he still only winds up earning about 500-600 million dollars. u r wrong . . .
