@NumberCasillas1 to be better with your footwork comes with practice. when moving from side to side your feet should never cross, your feet shouldnt touch eachother from side to side. always always always be on your toes. if your flat footed this is how you get caught out with your low shots.
this is also good core training. keep up the goodwork you must have great condition.
