  • @ 3:56 child in the battlefield just sad....wonder what ever became of him. I Just hate seen children suffering.

  • well now everyone knows to not fuck with the usa because we wont stop until everyone in your fucking country pays for it! hooah

  • I'll blow your fucking head off for my country!

  • @HangTimeAZ39 We humans are both capable of good and evil. I like to think there is more good than evil, but that isn't fully true. So its good to know that even while there's evil there will always be good. Like what Jeff Bridges in Tron Legacy said about "perfect," at the end that while its impossible its also right in front of us all the time. The same goes for everything else including us humans. We are perfect and imperfect at the same time all the time.

  • @HangTimeAZ39 You served? Oh, god bless ya and you're right. If you look at history, the world is an old battlefield and there will be more in the future. The only thing we can do is try our hardest to make it not happen. It may be impossible to avoid it, but we have to try for not only our children, but ourselves and our friends and families.

  • To be honest, I like this video and song much better than the one from 30 seconds to mars. Here we can actually see what is war and the song is not like something that should convince you to go to war. In Soviet Russia, they actually took almost every non-russian civilian from occupied countries that was male adult or boy and sent them on the battlefield without no training at all. There is nothing pretty or great about it.

  • Dear God,

    What have I done??

  • A man will go to war because he loves his country. She is a wanton woman who makes promises of love and loyalty, and when you are used up, she will forget you. Agent orange, Gulf War Syndrome, missing arms, missing legs, PTSD....avoid these, she will hate you for it. It's easier when you die so she can pretend she is grateful when the folded flag is presented to your loved ones. Support our wounded veterans, keep their plight in front of congress,

  • Actually what i meant to say is, 'they fuckin rock'. sorry 'bout that.

  • My wife found this song and told me i would like it...now i've download (legally) everything i could find. Cheers to smile empty soul, quality band.

  • if you like this shit you ought to blow your brains out. raise the IQ of the overall species.

  • @PlasticBeach666 Do you mean the song or what is shown in the video?

  • world peace isn't impossible. but infact against human nature. to prevent conflict of opinion, all must have the same opinion. but everyone has different opinions, so force must be applyed to make this happen. although it is possible to do so, it is very likely there will be rebellion, for good reason at that. world peace won't happen not because it can't, but because without realizing it, no one truly wants it. if u want a perfect world got two words you may want to consider, adolf hitler

  • There's always glory in war. Never doubt that. There's no glory in what goes on in both fronts. Death, loss, hunger, dehydration, torture, sabatoge. It's all in the world today and you can stop that, but you can't stop war...

  • It's as simple as this. Kill, or be killed.

  • somethings are worth fighting for.

  • im a marine i like this song doesnt mean im all peace lovin and shit i just enjoy music

  • What's that song??

  • @ekosholatele EMPTY SOUL- THIS IS WAR

  • @west818coastin thank you

  • look well never put are guns the fuck down we do what we have to and yes we may regret it but not right now cause if you kill are people will kill your family then kill you guns help made america free so fuck you anti guns lover

  • people that think there needs to be world peace are right but at them same time your wrong. trying to say that is like telling a murderer to not kill you. i don't know about the peace people but i own a gun and would kill anyone that would put harm to my family, now the people that twist shit saying " What about the government they harm your family" well you cant do jack shit to them. I had seen the wars on the streets from 12 to 18 and 3 of the years were on the streets,Iv seen Hate,it suck's.

  • Everytime there's a commercial on a vid I just find another to watch..

  • I would also like to add that even though I don't agree with Smile Empty Soul's particular views on war, I can still listen to their music and enjoy it. No, I don't agree 100% with my leaders. No one ever should. That's blind, closed-minded ambition. But to say that quitting the military will start the peace process? Come on, that's just narrow and unenlightened. War has been going on since man learned how to fight. It won't ever stop. So sit back and enjoy the music, and your freedom.

  • in the end it all comes down to you fighting for the men standing beside you, thats all you really think about when the shit hits the fan

  • @ChuckNorrisisgod420 agreed. when ur down range, and u go into a building looking for an enemy, and a 10 year old standing there with a semi automatic weapon just shot your battle, it comes down to one thing.. KILL OR BE KILLED. yes its a 10 yr old who's brainwashed into believing we are the enemy, innocent, really, but we have orders to follow... and if WE dont do it, who will? freedom isnt free.

  • sometimes violence is the answer

  • @ChuckNorrisisgod420 Right on brother, coming home from afghanistan we had a memorial service and there were protesters outside base protesting our service people who have no idea what weve been through have no right to talk about the war, and should all be shot

  • @ChuckNorrisisgod420

if i knew you good sir i would have just bought you a beer for that statement

  • Soldiers maybe brave. But I question why people even join the US army when you know they will be going to a illegal war sometime in their life, and they know they will be killing innocent people some point in their life. Its evident that US has no idea what peace is, they fight to cause violence and to only benefit themselves. World peace can only come from soldiers being decreased and stop patriotism and brain washing. Its time for peace, the first step to peace is quit the army!

  • @pwned596 its not about knowing ur going into war... freedom isnt free, honey... SOMEONE has to step up..we sacrifice our lives for YOU so that you can continue to live free, and sleep peacefully knowing you are protected by us. we have families too, we have lives, loved ones, friends, we are brothers, sisters, parents...u live in the u.s.? dont just complain, we follow orders, blame ur politicians and vote to make a change.peace does not come of its own accord, take action dont just talk

  • @pwned596 Joining the military(regardless of the branch) isn't about knowing you're going to end up in a war. It's about standing up with your brothers and sisters and defending yourself, your family and friends, and your land. It's about serving far greater than oneself - about answering a call that only 1% of us answer. I consider myself fortunate that I'm able to serve. Quit the Army? Right, that'll make everyone else throw down their arms, right? Peace doesn't exist on this planet. Grow up.

  • @HangTimeAZ39

So you think arming the military more and arming further militaries will help create world peace. Of course there is a such thing as world peace. I am sick of you George Bush lovers going around down grading peace. You are the sick ones promoting violence in this world, killing millions of innocent people. I hope to god one day that countries will have the guts to take the US to the hague under the charges of the worst war crimes in history! I am sure I know who I would support!

  • @pwned596 #1 - I never said arming everyone would bring peace, because I know it won't ever happen. You have to be blind to think that everyone in the world will simply stop fighting. Land, money, religion, jealousy - as long as these all exist, war will also. #2, I'm not a "Bush Lover". I think he was just as full of shit as any of our politicians are. I joined to serve and defend, to protect. We're not all blood-hungry apes. But I'm not naive enough to think that world peace is possible.

  • @HangTimeAZ39 I agree with you. I've just recently joined the Army as 11x Infantry. I'm just as ready to risk my life for peace as any other person in the military.

-I enjoy this song and understand it-

  • @vinnieANTMUNCHE When you get the option pick the 11C if they give you a option. You will have fun with that MOS.

  • @MrGroundPound My personal preference would be 11B. But I see where you're coming from.

  • We put down our guns, sure that's cute and fun, rainbows and kittens. That doesn't mean everyone else will. Yes, we've done some AWFUL things in the name of "Homeland Defense". And yes, those responsible should be held accountable. But to group ALL of us together is exactly the closed minded attitude that doesn't help humanity progress even one degree.

  • @pwned596 You sir are an uneducated fool. You think world peace is so easy? To get World peace to start you would have to get all drunk people off the streets causing crimes such as "disturbing the peace" There will never be peace, even if war ceased to exist. There still would be no such thing as "world peace" If you want peace so bad so talk to the al qaeda and have some negotiations with them about "world peace" see where that gets you.

  • @TwitchTM INFIDEL! Okay that was inappropriate I know. I couldn't help myself.

  • @TwitchTM You sir, are heavily indoctrinated... brain washed, even. First off: A drunk person making a scene in the street is irrelevant to world peace as a topic of conversation, unless they're a drunk soldier shooting people dead. A rational, intelligent person is not a violent person. Violence is a learned behavior, and it's a reactionary stance to take against the truth of things. And "al qaeda" would have no problem with this country if their blood wasn't on Uncle Sam's hands...

  • @BastionKnight Ha violence isnt a learned behavior. People have been killing each other since the dawn of man. We've been fighting over the same shit ever since we've evolved large enough brains to forge and break alliances. And what makes violence reactionary? There are plenty of people who commit violent acts spontaneously. I'm not saying a good thing, but it happens? Until you kill every single human being the world will never be peaceful. The human race wont allow it.

  • @USkicksass Violence is a learned behavior. Kids aren't born with violence and the knowledge of how to kill people implanted in their heads. You fuckin stupid?

  • @D34thSetX Don't be a fool. Violence is an integral part of nature. Every animal participates in it as it is a direct result from competition. You think I'm wrong? Read a history book. We've been killing each other since we've evolved from apes, and even before that. Hell, youc an watch a documentary ont eh discovery channel showign our ancestors killing each other. You have to be a complete fucking moron not to recognize the potential for violence exists in every one of us.

  • @USkicksass It is not a part of our nature. It is a learned behavior. Every animal is taught by their parents that they need to be violent in order to survive. So yes, you are most definitely wrong if you think that violence is not a learned behavior because it is. However, you contradict yourself you say that is an integral part of our nature and yet you say the potential for violence. So, which is it? Potential or instinct? Your argument is deeply flawed.

  • @D34thSetX Maybe every mammal is, but alligator and crocodiles learn to kill on their own, by instinct. And I do not contradict my self; I am saying that the instinct is what gives you the potential to commit violent acts, youre learned behavior is what prevents you from doing so. And when have I cheered wildly for war? What, just because I dont have a disneyland fantasy of everyone being born a nice, nonviolent person I must be a nutjob who wants to slaughter those I dont like?

  • @USkicksass Again, learned behavior. Mammal -non-human- parents teach their young how to hunt. You did contradict yourself you said that it is a part of our nature then you say we have the potential for it. The former clearly states that we will be violent because it is instinct and the later part says that it could happen. Btw, I never said you have cheered for war. I did say that you have a deeply flawed argument about the psychology of violence.

  • @D34thSetX Sorry, I was wrong.. I did accuse you of 'wildly cheering for war' the reason why I stated this is because of your attitude and your general sense of moral relativity when it comes to violence itself. It seems to me that you accept violence against others who you are told have harmed you or others without a shred of proof. Also, since you wanted to take the post personally I made it personal as the intent of the original message was a general one to people like yourself.

  • @D34thSetX Sorry if I seemed to be getting personal towards you I believe I meant it towards that other guy. Anyways I accept violence because its a part of nature. Survival of the fittest, right? Someone (idk if you or that other guy) brought up the point that we are surrounded by violent influences media. Its everywhere. Why is that? Why do people love violent movies and TV shows? Why do we love football and MMA? I dont see violence as bad thing but merely as tool-

  • @USkicksass Eh, no problem on the personal stuff. Water under the bridge. Survival of the fittest really isn't a part of the human condition anymore. We can speculate all we want as to why people love violent moves and TV shows. However, it does give more credit to the idea that violence is learned as it is -everywhere-.

  • @D34thSetX We can use violence as a protective force when we have no other option, as a last resort, or we can use it malevolently. If someone threatens me or the people I love, I'm going to take his life because its what I have to do to protect my loved ones. I know thats a cliche example, but its logical. I wish everyone on Earth was a nice, peaceloving person. I wish there was no war or murder. But thats not the way things are. For whatever reason, people like to kill each other.

  • @USkicksass I completely agree with violence that is used in self defense. However, what I don't agree with is that it is because of human nature is the reason why people act violently. If that was the case then there would be no need to teach people how to kill in the military because people are inherently more prone to kill. Personally, I believe the mind is tabula rasa and people are more prone to behave according to the environment they are in.

  • @USkicksass Btw, it's not a disneyland fantasy of everyone being born nice and nonviolent. The fact of the matter is all people ARE born nice and nonviolent. The fact of the matter is the conditions that they grow up in and things that they learn influences their behavior. To think that violence is instinct when we learn how to commit violent acts is plain stupidity. Do we have the capacity for ultimate evil? Sure, the same can be said for good as well and others who want to be left alone.

  • @USkicksass If violence isn't a learned behavior, then why is there virtually none of it among the following people: Amish,Batek,Birhor,Buid,Chewong,Fipa,G/wi,Hutterites,Ifaluk,Inuit,Ju/'hoansi,Kadar,Ladakhi,Lepchas,Malapandaram,Mbuti,Nubians,Paliyans,Piaroa,Rural Thai,Semai,Tahitians,Tristan Islanders,Yanadi,or the Zapotec of La Paz.

How many people do you know personally that would rather go kill someone they don't know than stay home and live their own life in peace?

  • @USkicksass It IS a learned behavior... and it's also IGNORANT behavior. There's a steady correlation between violence and lack of TRUE education. Indoctrination is another story though. False patriotism thrives on glorifying violence. Public schools are brainwashing camps that dehumanize and condition people to accept that very dangerous assumption: that people are inherently violent. The premise is competition, NOT cooperation, which is how life REALLY thrives.

  • @BastionKnight Its simple- those groups of people have LEARNED to be nonviolent. And people LEARN that life is sacred, therefore they dont want to take it. However inside each and every one of is an animal. If you were a hunter 20k years ago, you would kill other tribesmen to protect your hunting grounds and your food supply. Why? Because its in your interest to survive. Hyenas kill baby lions for the same reason. You're a naive fool if you think peole arent violent by nature.

  • @USkicksass You're belligerently misinformed if you think human consciousness can't move beyond base urges. We've taught everyone to wear pants and shit on toilets. We can teach one another to stop killing. Nothing about tribesman killing is relevant to bombs and guns. Agriculture has advanced to a point where a person can be sustained on roughly 1 acre of land. Technology can automate nearly every job. There's no need for scarcity or working for someone else's profit to survive.None

  • @BastionKnight But those base urges are exactly what Im talking about. I FEEL violent urges to harm people I dislike, or whom I think are treating others unfairly, or for a hundred other reasons. I LEARNED to control myself, and yet I am still an inherently violent person. And why arent tribvesmen irrelevant? Whats irrelevant is the technological level; people are what matter and people are violent. Just because we dont need to be violent anymore doesnt mean we arent.

  • @USkicksass If you truly EVALUATE WHY you feel those urges, you'll come to find most of them are conditions you've been taught. Look at how a baby reacts to viewing things. They're not disgusted or horrified by anything until they learn they "should"be. And technology IS VERY relevant. It takes LOTS of technology to blow up nations. It takes exactly NO questioning or evaluation whatsoever to press the buttons which do so.

  • @BastionKnight Technology makes our violence more destructive but it does not affect the placement of that violence in the first place.Someone with an urge to kill will choose the tool they want to use, whether its a knife or a gun or a bomb depends on who they are and what they wish to accomplish. And where is all this "teaching"?Seeing violence on TV doesnt make you want to kill someone, unless of course youre a fucking moron. Being exposed and being taught are 2 different things.

  • @USkicksass What have you EVER done something without observing someone else demonstrate first? How often do you see people hug on TV versus how many times someone commits an act of violence against another person? Plenty of people are exposed to public school and are never taught how to think critically... Which is why I'm now DONE replying to you. Have a nice, unexamined and worthless life.

  • @USkicksass Search "Zeitgeist: Moving Forward" and just wrap your head around what they're saying.

  • @USkicksass Lastly: Conscious provocation is not the hand of God. It's not nature creating the illusion of scarcity and exploiting ancestral and cultural variations to pit humans against themselves. If everyone who knows how to shoot knew how to grow crops we'd have peace by harvest time.

  • @USkicksass No, they didn't learn to be nonviolent. They learned that violence is not the solution to complex problems. You are arguing that people learn life is sacred yet at the same hand you cheer wildly for war. You are seriously treading down the thin line of sanity and insanity with your poor deductive reasoning. You are a naive fool if you think violence is a natural behavior. It's like every other behavior.. learned.

  • @BastionKnight Dude go play call of duty and pretend you have the balls to do what we do.

  • @308pony Dude, go read a book and pretend you have a working mind.

  • @TwitchTM It would be INCREDIBLY easy to end al CIAda's beef with Americans if we had and sort of diplomatic conversation with them and agreed to GTFO of their back yard.

  • @BastionKnight hahaha are you daft or just stupid? Do you realize just for being an infidel. Just that. They want to spill your blood. They dont believe in freedom or any of that shit. I think you really are just stupid, there's people in the world that want to kill you just for being free, dont you think that's a little wrong? Exactly so shut the hell up and take you stupid ignorant comments out of here. There's a hell of a lot more reasons they want to kill than that to. Learn before you speak

  • @TwitchTM How many of these people have you sat down and had a chat with? They don't want to spill MY blood. They want to spill YOUR blood because you are stuck in the same idiotic cycle of senseless revenge. YOU support cowardly bombing people from the sky indiscriminately, tearing apart families and creating more people intent on hating you. They don't believe in freedom because they've had a gun(made in the US) pointed at their back their whole life.

  • @TwitchTM I KNOW what the hell I'M saying. I THINK about information as it's presented to me... You adhere dogmatically to what you're told without question... You choose to dismiss, insult and discredit any view that conflicts with what you think you know... It sounds like you're painfully oblivious to what freedom actually is. I don't have to insult you. Your comments wreak of cognitive dissonance.

  • God Bless our awesome country...USA and the MEN AND WOMEN who protect it day and night! The USA is built strong and has the best military anyone could ask for! Thank you Jesus for all you have given us and keep protecting the ones you picked to help protect our great country the United States of America!!!!!! In the Lord Jesus Christ we pray amen!

  • @kelliwilson35:

Were you perhaps unaware that your country has finished selling its currency off to China, and now you will have a complete financial crash in the near future? God bless monetary corruption of politics, losing all your wealth, and good old fashioned mass hunger, I suppose?

  • @kelliwilson35:

Were you perhaps unaware that your country has finished selling its currency off to China, and now you will have a complete financial crash in the near future? God bless monetary corruption of politics, losing all your wealth, and good old fashioned mass hunger, I suppose?

  • at 2:42 that guy just fell or he got shot?

  • arguing over the internet about who is right is fucking pointless.you ALL cowards.

  • @nyhardcore18 <<<<<< WTF. grow up for fucks sake. your prolly 300 pounds of pure jelly huh? You sit behind your computer and call people cowards. meet me and ill show you a coward after I take a picture of your beaten and broken fat ass.

  • @SemperFUKinFI ...i actually only way 180, and i dont sit behind my computer all day.

oh your gunna beat me up tough guy..how american of you.

i bet you beat up a lot of people huh, you big manly man you

  • I love soliders. but it made me sad today when somone whipped a shitty next to because he thought he saw me throw something at his car. he was a marine and this is what he said to me. "do you see this shirt? *it was a marines shirt* that means i dont give a fuck and im not afraid to beat some ass." he was holding a mag lite in one hand and had a lighter in another. Im 15.

  • I support my soldiers.... but not my government. The men and women in the armed forces are brave. But those who would rather stay here and spread propaganda, the politicians? They can go to hell. I can only support a few, the ones against war, and the ones that have been there.

  • the following comment is copyed from another video it is not mine

  • "I grew up in America. The most amazing thing is that regardless of all of our "Fighting for Humanity" bullshit, we're the biggest dehumanizing agency in the world. We kill them, they're "The enemy" or "insurgents". Really, they were made to fight just like you, based on orders. You're noone. We kill civilians, it's an "unfortunate accident". (Vietnam anyone? Funny how the civilians liked the Communists, read a history book). Oh, and the only nation to use Nuclear Warfare, on CIVILIAN targets"

  • @Malivula Finnaly an person thinks of vietnam and WWII sir i honor you though it might mean nothing comeing from a german

  • @ChuckNorrisisgod420 .....you must be american....i bet you berate the nazi's for what they did to the jews....they were just men following orders too. there is no line to be drawn. its people like you that give countries and thier soldiers a bad name cause you think you know everything.

  • 2:08 Those cops are into some kinky shit.

  • Si vis pacem, para bellum/ if you want peace prepare for war

  • @ChuckNorrisisgod420 What about the man standing in front of you? His life relies on you, too. For different reasons, of course. Rationalize it all you will - murder is murder regardless of the motivation and the fact that you willingly chose to become someone's instrument to defend an artificial separation between equal people... is nothing to be proud of, regardless of your "country". Yes, I am a coward. Even pictures of guns freak me out. But I am not ashamed of myself. You should be.

  • @LogicGoog You are a disgrace. "If you cannot stand behind our troops, feel free to stand in front of them". And no Soldier should be ashamed, they fight for what they think is right and they fight to protect people. You have no idea what Soldiers go through, rather they be on the right or wrong side. You are cowaring behind your computer monitor right now becuase Soldiers fight for you to be able to do that. Quit hiding behind a computer screen and criticizing soldiers. They keep you free.

  • @LogicGoog What about the people in the world trade center? Or the pentagon? ALL the people on thous flights their family's? Who life did they depend on? How about the fucking people that hijacked thous planes and murdered thousands of the people you dare to call your countryman

That my motivation for pulling the trigger on my M4A2. Put a bomb on yourself walk around someone will gladly put a bullet between your eyes to save the child 10 feet away from you. Move to canada so i dont fight for you

  • @SemperFUKinFI i wish i could take you out do dinner or somethin. idk but its people like you that make the world a better place. i love our soldiers. i will be glad to join you in your fight for freedom. thank you and god bless america

  • this band deserves so much more. their last album conciousness was amazing and no1 knows about it

  • 3 guys are politicians

  • one thing... if you dont like war then you do realize that we would not be standing here today right? all our lives theres gonna be war no matter where you look... it keeps population down and the strong natoins in power keeping the little copuntries in check... so if you dont like war we'd be over ran and we could all be killed or enslaved... would ou like that? i woultn't.

  • i served in iraqi for two tours i was hurt there and lost friends there. I didnt agree with everything i was told to do. but i did it and never questioned why. i had people who depended on me. oh and we dont go there and kill everyone. but when your enemy is using his family as a shield what do you do then.

  • One thing to say about war Thou Shall Nault Kill. How many people who go to war are religious and how many violate this simple saying. All because of war.

  • @Dropkickjosh8 One word for you to look up - Crusades.

  • @nybmx2 Are you an idiot you dont think I know about the crusades the war to take back the holy land. That is what Dante's inferno is about

  • @Dropkickjosh8 The war to take back the holy land? You make it sound so noble. Too bad it's the complete opposite.

  • @nybmx2 Do you know what scriptures were used by the pope or papacy to promote the crusades? do you agree with the scriptures interpretation? and Did others believe as you believe?

  • @Dropkickjosh8

yeah but the same religion will allow you to be forgiven for your sins, so its somewhat of a loop hole.

  • The real picture of war is much larger than those who are enlisted to officially serve on the playing field, which is the world. I say playing field because international banks who own every monopoly from wal-mart to the military industrial complex play a jedi mind trick on you. They make money on BOTH sides of these senseless wars on the weapons and rebuilding the cities but power is the endgame. Ignorance is their strength, they tell you War is Peace and Freedom is Slavery & you <3 it proles.

  • There would be no war if our planet wasn't over populated. Community is the end of life.

  • @apkush1, look, im not trying to be a bitch or anything, and no i dont support any war...BUT i fully support our troops 150%. im a daughter, sister, and wife of United States Marines. and yes, there are alot of probs here that need to be addressed that arent. this is just one of those debates that no one wins. if ur not in the military urself or have family that is/was, then u cant possibly understand what its like. so please, have some respect for those that do what most others wont.

  • @apkush1...are u fucking kidding me?so basically what ur saying is that we should just let other countries attack us, like japan did in 1941 @ pearl harbor, or Iraq did on 9/11, and not do anything about it? this country is just supposed to lay back and get fucked?? yea i dont think so. we had to fight to become free from england, and we have to fight to maintain that freedom. innocent ppl died on our own soil because we were attacked by other countries...how is that right?

  • killing innocent people bombing their homes leaving them homeless how is that protecting us and our freedom everyone that says that is full of shit we have so much war in our streets here yet nothing is done oh yeah we dont have oil duh

  • war suks war suks just cuzz u get orders to go and invade and kill doesnt make it right nor just our country waste so much money in military and got everyone brainwashed that if u not with us u against us to make them seem like their doing is right they are not fighting for our freedom so lets get that straight this war is for oil

  • We need someone with those traits in our govt for our domestic affairs anyway. At least until they make it so they can use the military on us and we become a full blown police state.

  • A solder is as good or as bad as the person giving him orders.

It's the main reason I vote. The least I could do for the fellas I've had so many drinks with who joined up or died in service is to vote for peace. Over all other issues the most taxing thing on a countries working class is war (even if it is great for lenders and a few investors)

How fast a man sees violence a solution is a pretty good yardstick to measure his humanity, diplomatic ability and logical / reasoning skills.

  • This song is fucking awesome! The video kinda sucks though.

  • i hear this song over and over and it still touches my heart! my heart goes out to all those who are serving this country in this fucked up war!!!!

  • the problem with all nations regarding war is the universal soldier ... check out the song Universal Soldier by Donovan, he puts it the best

  • it is much easier to wage war than to make peace

  • Our soldiers sacrifice so much for us in r times of need. The big one, their lives. Most people these days don't understand what it takes. Most would not lift a finger to save their own family. So to all u hippies out their, FUCK OFF!!!. To all r soldiers, including my friends and family, thankyou truly for your sacrifices. This small town guy thanksyou.

  • i know sometimes war is necessary but so many innocent people die :(, why can't they settle their debates over a huge tdm on cod :D whos with me?

  • Why do we have war? Why can't it just be peace?

  • @KirstenAndAshleyTV because were human

  • there will always be war that is for sure it has been happing even before Jesus came and during Jesus's existans and ever since it is apart of life so get over

  • @liballlers That rings a bell, yes....ty

  • you know its truely sad when my 6 year old son knows the meaning of this song and video and alot of you adults out there dont seem to.... he not only puts it in refrence to the 911 bombings but he also relates it to our other wars and knows a soldier does what it takes to ensure the life of his self and his fellow soldiers. how sad that a child is more patriotic than grown ppl

  • @babycakes1813 Rejoice.. he has the uncluttered wisdom of a child to see the truth without having to look thru the veil of indoctrination and propaganda. See that he keeps that. The wiles of the government will seek to seduce him from his reason while he grows up. Keep showing him the difference so he has the choice retained. peace and love.

  • to tell the truth people think war is a great thing pffttt send them over to afganistan they'll be dead from a suiside bomber or a road side bomb. The true war is what happens after the battle.Meaning you bombed a city, you gave those citizens a worse life depending were they are.You left them homeless after that bombing. If any thing one thing my friend taught me was that in a war its a liveing hell.No end to all the bullets comeing after you.no end of all the death.Just killing to protect...

  • 0:53-1:28 sounds sooo familiar. I know there is a song out there that is similar to this chorus... i need help finding it

  • AMERICA!!

  • heres a little sumthin fo everyone against the war, be against the war do for it but dont forget that theres fuckin family out there fighting so u can sit back and chat about how fucked up war is [myself included] thats all i gotta say about that shit

  • 2 people arnt american

  • Look up what the city of T(ALLAH}ASSE means to the native seminole. Read about the ancient mosques discovered in the deserts of new mexico. This is the news they forget to mention. They want you to think that all muslims are fanatics ,but what you dont see the how the jews brutalize the palestians . Because it would go against american values , but a true self proclaimed religoud person would believe that all life is equal in the eyes of god.

  • My prayers go out to all the solders overseas just doing what they are told even though the goverments intentions of controlliong the region is evil. To all who think that all muslims are sandniggers are sadly mistaken they are asian, caucasion, spanish, and arab. Islam was one of the first relgions in america read the other history book that wasn't printed the one that many native americans has passed down from family to family

  • Ignorance is really looming in this discussion . People apparently believe what CNN and FOX tells them just like good little sheep the govermant wants us to be. Hate is the fuel for all wars whether it be over religion, ethniticty or territory. The news spoons feeds us a daily dose of hate everyday on televiosn ,but there is always two sides to a conflict not one.

  • Mari3024, live in your bubble if you must.

  • KILL EM ALL LET GOD SORT THEM OUT

  • @jessusmc1 - sounds like Amald Amalric.

  • That is all our country cares about not the people..They only care about the money and control. If they have no control they feel helpless and they will do all they can too please themselves..

  • “Mankind must put an end to war, or war will put an end to mankind”

    JFK

  • @manteno Ye... Let us choose the peace of the bargaining table, rather than the peace of the grave. - JFK

  • @manteno " so long as there are men, there will be wars" - albert einstein.

  • @manteno Would peace not end mankind?

  • @manteno peace is the dream war is the reality - me

  • @manteno Without war, he wouldn't have been able to make that statement.

  • 2 dislikes? really!

  • "they say freedom is won through the barrel of a gun" :) just remember that

  • Oooh god war is so bad and unnecessaryyy, it doesnt protect our freedom it only hurts innocent people. i need my tampon!!!

news bud, i know war hurts people but its necessary.

  • /Shrug ... maybe it's just the Texan or the American in me, but it sure sounds like a pro-war song
