So its good to know that even while there's evil there will always be good. To be honest, I like this video and song much better than the one from 30 seconds to mars. Here we can actually see what is war and the song is not like something that should convince you to go to war. In Soviet Russia, they actually took almost every non-russian civilian from occupied countries that was male adult or boy and sent them on the battlefield without no training at all. There is nothing pretty or great about it.

But I question why people even join the US army when you know they will be going to a illegal war sometime in their life, and they know they will be killing innocent people some point in their life. It's about standing up with your brothers and sisters and defending yourself, your family and friends, and your land. It's about serving far greater than oneself - about answering a call that only 1% of us answer. I consider myself fortunate that I'm able to serve. Quit the Army? @USkicksass I completely agree with violence that is used in self defense. However, what I don't agree with is that it is because of human nature is the reason why people act violently. If that was the case then there would be no need to teach people how to kill in the military because people are inherently more prone to kill. i served in iraqi for two tours i was hurt there and lost friends there. I didnt agree with everything i was told to do. but i did it and never questioned why. i had people who depended on me. oh and we dont go there and kill everyone. but when your enemy is using his family as a shield what do you do then.

The real picture of war is much larger than those who are enlisted to officially serve on the playing field, which is the world. I say playing field because international banks who own every monopoly from wal-mart to the military industrial complex play a jedi mind trick on you. They make money on BOTH sides of these senseless wars on the weapons and rebuilding the cities but power is the endgame. @apkush1, look, im not trying to be a bitch or anything, and no i dont support any war...BUT i fully support our troops 150%. im a daughter, sister, and wife of United States Marines. and yes, there are alot of probs here that need to be addressed that arent. this is just one of those debates that no one wins. if ur not in the military urself or have family that is/was, then u cant possibly understand what its like. so please, have some respect for those that do what most others wont.

A solder is as good or as bad as the person giving him orders.
It's the main reason I vote. The least I could do for the fellas I've had so many drinks with who joined up or died in service is to vote for peace. Over all other issues the most taxing thing on a countries working class is war (even if it is great for lenders and a few investors)
How fast a man sees violence a solution is a pretty good yardstick to measure his humanity, diplomatic ability and logical / reasoning skills.
