They've always been expensive to me but they seem to be the place to save. I need to check out CVS online more often! I'm interested to see how many ECB's I've gotten now! Thanks for that info! I'm still pretty new to shopping at Target, there's just not one close by!

I used your suggestion the other day with CVS in using your ecb card to get more coupons from the kiosk. :)
