Very impressive soloing... thanks for sharing! I've just ordered my first keyboard controller, and you have certainly piqued my interest in this great sounding vst.
@eggzy43 Hi, maybe you will not believe this, but it's the truth. I had, but now I do not find more, I believe that without meaning to,I have deleted :-(
so these VST synths, they use the computer as a soundbank?you download sounds from the net and via the plug in you import the sounds on the synth?is that how it goes?how much are they?
@boleplissken Sorry, I have tried to understand what you ask, but unfortunately I did not understand. Could you formulate your question differently or better, could you give me the simplest question possible?
@PianistaItaliano the synth itself has no sounds on it right? it gets the sounds from the computer right?so you get it to play different sounds that you have on your computer?...I hope it's a bit clearer now.Thanx for answering btw.
@boleplissken yes, the keyboard (masterkeyboard) has no sound, and is connected with the soundcard from the computer with MIDI cable. The synth is inside the computer is just a "VSTi" Software with many sounds. But to make work this you need also a VSTi software loader or better "VSTi Host" you can find also by google for free the name is CANTABILE (VSTi Host)
@PianistaItaliano Sorry I don't know much about it,I don't have money for that expensive equipment I still make music on my PS2...LOL.Thank you for the info,it's much appreciated.Keep rockin!
@ pianistaItaliano.. the other synth i like is the nordlead modular =D has also very nice sounds and you can do some nice tweaks! unffortiality its not free lol!
Sounds like that kind of stuff you hear when you're put on hold. Makes me want to watch the weather channel. Your forecast today will be cloudy with a 30% chance of showers. Cheeeeeeezy baby!
I don't know if you ever got the German translation to the response. It's litteraly been decades since I've used my German, but I believe the response was essentionally, it's too much work. You can buy them on the internet.
What MIDI controller are you using? I've been looking for one that doesn't take up a lot of desk space, and then I had a look at this video and saw what you were using. That controller might be exactly what I'm looking for.
in the user agreerment it said u cant use this for commercial use does that mean u cant sell or distribute any music made using the sounds own this vst i wanted to now before doing any thing with it
Woa another great solo electronic piece my friend.. do you have any reference to learn how to play that solo? when I try to do so it never sound that good, like I had no the secret keys to make sound a song good.. ;P
Thanks LeFloydien.Frankly,it's all a matter of time, try and try to always look for different sounds.Finding a good sound with a Synth is like composing a nice song on the piano. Perhaps this is one of the characteristics of the beauty of the synth, which can be transformed into variables sounds.
Do you, as a pianist, find such tiny keyboard useful? I'm guessing two octaves are enough to play around with some ideas, but usually see such controllers only in hands of some hip hop/techno/whatever folks.
The use of these small keyboards is relatively complete, depending on how it should be used. In reality this keyboards is to control almost all types of software, such as Logic, Cubase, Vst effects, VST instruments and others.Of course you can switch up to more than 7 octaves, however "inconvenient" for playing long musical scales :-)I use as control and comfort issue, is small and not cluttered on my desk, almost perfect for my work.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful chops with us! I am delighted with your sense of melody and your great harmonic concept on the piano videos. That looks like a fun MIDI keyboard to jam with! which one is it? I like the pad! could you also share with us which softsynth are u using?
Thanks lanier2, yes, I noticed that there is always a difference between virtual VSTi and moog analog. However,I am convinced that with a little patience you can get from both synth a great sound if you wont.

fantastic! Its one of the best sounding minimoog vsts i have heard and its free! Plus cool playing too. I was wondering, what midi keyboard are you using? Because i really need to get a new one as the one i've got a has bad latency issues which is quite weird considering My computers fairly new.
Thanks for the quick and informative reply. I looked up the novation remote 25 LE and it seems to be worth it for the price so I might pick it up or get one of the other models with more keys. Thanks for the help!
