  • Very impressive soloing... thanks for sharing! I've just ordered my first keyboard controller, and you have certainly piqued my interest in this great sounding vst.

  • your sound goos from the right to left of your keyboad like low to high??? reversed?

  • @ilovetheninetiesssss yes it is

  • any chance of the backing loop?

id like to have a go at it

    thanks

  • @eggzy43 Hi, maybe you will not believe this, but it's the truth. I had, but now I do not find more, I believe that without meaning to,I have deleted :-(

  • @PianistaItaliano , could you remake the backing track? Many will pay for it..thanks

  • Wow,you have chops Man,nice playing. Is that the Minimogue VA?

  • @menzel290563 Thanks, yes is the free Minimogue VA :-D

  • Amazing.

  • Wow, ya plays like a house on fire!... even in the mirror... cheers

  • Great keybord work and improvising . Love It!!

  • Very nice playing and improvising.

  • so these VST synths, they use the computer as a soundbank?you download sounds from the net and via the plug in you import the sounds on the synth?is that how it goes?how much are they?

  • @boleplissken Sorry, I have tried to understand what you ask, but unfortunately I did not understand. Could you formulate your question differently or better, could you give me the simplest question possible?

  • @PianistaItaliano the synth itself has no sounds on it right? it gets the sounds from the computer right?so you get it to play different sounds that you have on your computer?...I hope it's a bit clearer now.Thanx for answering btw.

  • @boleplissken yes, the keyboard (masterkeyboard) has no sound, and is connected with the soundcard from the computer with MIDI cable. The synth is inside the computer is just a "VSTi" Software with many sounds. But to make work this you need also a VSTi software loader or better "VSTi Host" you can find also by google for free the name is CANTABILE (VSTi Host)

PS: all the "VSTi" are software for computer :-)

  • @PianistaItaliano Sorry I don't know much about it,I don't have money for that expensive equipment I still make music on my PS2...LOL.Thank you for the info,it's much appreciated.Keep rockin!

  • this was really nice! and your explanations in your vids are also very informative! Happy Holidays! - Levi

  • @MrKeys57 thanks Levi Happy Holidays!

  • you are good man

  • Great video and music!

  • minimoog rocks! nothing more to say...

@ pianistaItaliano.. the other synth i like is the nordlead modular =D has also very nice sounds and you can do some nice tweaks! unffortiality its not free lol!

  • Thang ? 4ruM aDAMz FamILy? Iz Dat YoU ? wHoz Da MS'z? ROFLMMFAO XD........... Great JoB Tho lol Seriously

  • Nice done!Your playing very good. What midi keyboard do you have there? I'm looking for one with breath control. Do you recommend this one?

  • @PianistaItaliano tnx for the response and info!

  • great solo ;) 5 stars ;D

  • Amazing dude!

  • Sounds like that kind of stuff you hear when you're put on hold. Makes me want to watch the weather channel. Your forecast today will be cloudy with a 30% chance of showers. Cheeeeeeezy baby!

  • Its very cool that i can see your impro on keys in your tutorials, i can learn some things, my left hand for chords is a litle bit lazy :)

  • What you do with pentatonic scale is awesome :)

  • wtf???/ the keyboard is like the opposite sife of a normal keyboard

  • he flipped picture :D

  • Great stuff! I love this sort of prog/jazz fusion....

  • I don't know if you ever got the German translation to the response. It's litteraly been decades since I've used my German, but I believe the response was essentionally, it's too much work. You can buy them on the internet.

  • Mica male per essere un moog free :O

  • Awesome playing. Really smooth. I play jazz piano and some day hope to be able to improvise this well.

  • will this work in garage band on a mac?

  • is it just me or the video is reversed?

    cool playing btw

  • I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed. It looks like the keyboard is pitched in reverse. Left handed board? Maybe?

  • What MIDI controller are you using? I've been looking for one that doesn't take up a lot of desk space, and then I had a look at this video and saw what you were using. That controller might be exactly what I'm looking for.

  • Left hand, coll...

  • it's flipped

  • It's backwards? Image is flipped horizontally....

  • great solo... where the background music comes from?

  • oh that was hot as shyt gud playing.

What midi is that by the way???

  • did you create the backing track as well? great playing..

  • Very impressive! Really cool stuff.

  • hahaha that shit rips to watch wen ur stoned, ive been practicing on keyboard so hopefully ill be that good at some point

  • nice

  • i've got the software but when i sue it i still get the normal piano sound in the background when i change the effects can anybody help

  • you left handed?

  • not willingly, I have mirrored

  • @PianistaItaliano mirrored=ampeydecstrase.. (i spelt that horribly wrong ..)

  • @PianistaItaliano mirrored? why? I thought you were playing bass until I realized the beat didn't match your hands

  • Where do you get your backingtracks?

  • The mirror effect was a bit confusing :)

Nice playing mate. Love all your vids.

  • Man, listen to this guy play. Dvorak style! Shit man, you shred.

  • Comment removed

  • do you have that transcribed

  • Wow! I have that soft synth but I sure can't play like that! Awesome!

  • holy fuck my brain cant handle this intense radical awesome shit.

good work haha i love this.

  • this is great

  • Yeah, he mirrowed it...

  • u mirrored the video? looks funny

  • this dude can play

    nice one.

  • woahhh got me wow there. i was like THEY SELL LEFT HANDED PIANOS? HOWS THAT POSSIBLE

  • yeah thats what i thought, weird huh

  • Comment removed

  • haha yeah I thought the same thing.

  • hey, im looking for some free synth software, presets dont do it for me anymore. Any recommendations?

    nice vid

  • you mirrored that didn't you, i was like hell thats some nice left hand soloing. Nice vid man i dig the groove

  • Thanks riam76,

yes, I mirrored, but sincerely involuntarily, and not to repeat all, then I left

    as is :-)

  • @PianistaItaliano

my head almost exploded but then I noticed the mirroring. For a second nothing made sense, and I'm not even a musician. Nice video, anyway, you rock!

  • @stereo123 thanks

  • omg thats crazy your keyboard is backwards, i've never seen that done, ever, weird...

liked the stuff though, nice sounded VSTi

  • I think the vid is just mirrored xD

  • man that was a nice beat

  • Hi, What software are you using with that?

  • Hi djlobb, is a free plugin , just read the information, please>>>>>>>

  • whats the name of that controler hes using i'm liking that X Y control pad

  • Dat boy got soul

  • Left!

  • in the user agreerment it said u cant use this for commercial use does that mean u cant sell or distribute any music made using the sounds own this vst i wanted to now before doing any thing with it

  • Comment removed

  • your sound goos up if you play on the left side of the keyb, never seen

  • no way, that took 30 seconds to download.

    thanks!

  • Aye thanks master, ill work on that :) Anything that is nice requiert studing and praticing so it does really make sense, thanks again for the answer

  • Woa another great solo electronic piece my friend.. do you have any reference to learn how to play that solo? when I try to do so it never sound that good, like I had no the secret keys to make sound a song good.. ;P

  • Thanks LeFloydien.Frankly,it's all a matter of time, try and try to always look for different sounds.Finding a good sound with a Synth is like composing a nice song on the piano. Perhaps this is one of the characteristics of the beauty of the synth, which can be transformed into variables sounds.

  • Anyway, It is very important to have an exact idea of the sound you are

looking for .... then surely you'll find :-)

  • theres to in vst in the link which one did u use in the video

  • MiniMogueVA

  • Whoa. And it's only 25 keys. Wow.

  • Thanks Brunon!

  • Do you, as a pianist, find such tiny keyboard useful? I'm guessing two octaves are enough to play around with some ideas, but usually see such controllers only in hands of some hip hop/techno/whatever folks.

  • The use of these small keyboards is relatively complete, depending on how it should be used. In reality this keyboards is to control almost all types of software, such as Logic, Cubase, Vst effects, VST instruments and others.Of course you can switch up to more than 7 octaves, however "inconvenient" for playing long musical scales :-)I use as control and comfort issue, is small and not cluttered on my desk, almost perfect for my work.

  • Thanks, that was very informative.

  • OH MY GOD! awesome

  • Thank you for sharing your wonderful chops with us! I am delighted with your sense of melody and your great harmonic concept on the piano videos. That looks like a fun MIDI keyboard to jam with! which one is it? I like the pad! could you also share with us which softsynth are u using?

keep on grooving! and best wishes for you!

  • Thanks Hugo.

The Master-keyboard is the "Remote 25 LE NOVATION"

About the softsynth, if you follow the link on the Info >>>>>>>>>>>>

You can download this one for free.

  • Thanks lanier2, yes, I noticed that there is always a difference between virtual VSTi and moog analog. However,I am convinced that with a little patience you can get from both synth a great sound if you wont.

  • Excellent !!

  • Weird, it's backwards!

  • fantastic! Its one of the best sounding minimoog vsts i have heard and its free! Plus cool playing too. I was wondering, what midi keyboard are you using? Because i really need to get a new one as the one i've got a has bad latency issues which is quite weird considering My computers fairly new.

  • Thanks demonofthefall101, I use the

"NOVATION Remote 25 LE" good quality, the keys light, while playing no strange noises, and are very accurate in the dynamic.

  • Thanks for the quick and informative reply. I looked up the novation remote 25 LE and it seems to be worth it for the price so I might pick it up or get one of the other models with more keys. Thanks for the help!

  • Incroyable ! Fantastic ! Great !

  • you are a genious

  • he that's new for me great and wild. (lol)

  • Pretty cool jam session--this is also my very favorite VSTi, and you'll find it on most of my newer videos. Did you use it for the bass track too?

  • Thanks Rob,no bass from the synth on this video, only lead.

Did you receive the CD "Love After 10" ?

  • Yes, I did, it's quite brilliant.

Check out the "sub bass" preset on that thing next time. It makes me happy inside. A lot of great bass sounds are available by small tweaks against that preset.

  • Thanks also for the information, I will check out the "sub bass" :)

  • wow ,....it sounds so good...

  • Not bad, a little plain though.

    ciao!

  • cool

  • Is there no end to your talent Alphonso! Really wild stuff - though a bit mind-bending looking at the mirror image keyboard! Great stuff.

  • Right!!! Just for fun.

  • Dear Alphonso Sir, Just Received your CD, which I LOVE listening to! So beautiful. Except 'Night and Day' which has light distortion and noise on the 'forte' parts. The noise (to me it sounds like soundcard noise, but I'm sure there are many possible explanations) distracts from the beauty!

  • Hi Wade, thanks for the news. Strange that "Night & Day" has a part that distorts, here on my copy is not. However I have to ask my colleague in Canada, I will tell you about later. Thanks again

  • fantastic!

  • Fantastic. But now I want to run out and buy a synth . . . just add that to my long list of things that will make me broke one day.

  • Wow, figo! ottimi suoni ed esecuzione ;)... curiosità, ma il video è ruotato?

  • Add &fmt=18 to the url and the sound will be in good stereo!

  • wow

  • You are an excellent musician regardless the intstrument you play!. 5 stars from me.

  • Why on Earth is the image backwards, with the "left hand" playing the high notes low and the low notes high?

The playing is nice, though. :-D

  • holy. that is some good stuff budd.

how much does that cost? if i may ask?

  • woa! this is sweet. thanks man. I think I'm gonna go download it now :D

  • Ahh crap I have a Mac :S
