How do you do the mouth movement?

@RougeSamurai77 It's something I've been experimenting with for a while. I use what are called "masks" created in a program called Adobe After Effects. I just make the masks bigger or smaller to open or close the mouths. After I edit the masks, I add an effect called "gaussian blur" to make the edges look a little more natural.
