this video is wrong on so many levels. But there is one glaring thing I would like to point out. The famous and much repeated "occupy wallstreet shits on cop cars?" the police car in the video is NOT FROM LOWER MANHATTAN where Zuccotti Park is located. That police car is from Brooklyn. Don't believe me? Google the 81st Precinct. "The 81st Precinct is located in the north central area of the borough of Brooklyn." Also, the dude in the photo could have been ANYONE.

The excecution of a protest is always similar in some regards. The only chief difference is the range of emotions expressed openly. However, it is through such emotional outbursts that some get any attentionn paid to them. I do not now or ever support violence as an intelligent option for expression when there are always valid alternatives available.

Early on in the movement, the Tea Peers contacted OWS to unite with them. A letter from one of the founders of the Tea Party warned against it, describing how the movement would be usurped and turned into an agent of everything that was being protested against, as happened with the original TP. Naturally the General Assembly rejected the idea, based on the information given them. It is your right to be Kochified, but the majority of people choose to think for themselves.
Tea Party became sucessful thanks in due part to funding byb the Koch brothers who are eager to control the economy more than they do so already. There are more options than just socialism, communism and capitalistic corporatism. We have enough resources, technology and information to start abolishing the monetary system, taking a survey of all the resources in the world and giving everyone the opportunity to access anything they want, instead of ownership. I know it sounds far out there for many people, but its what will happen in the future and we need to start going in the direction. ALL current systems are outdated and corrupt.

Early on in the movement, the Tea Peers contacted OWS to unite with them. A letter from one of the founders of the Tea Party warned against it, describing how the movement would be usurped and turned into an agent of everything that was being protested against, as happened with the original TP. Naturally the General Assembly rejected the idea, based on the information given them. It is your right to be Kochified, but the majority of people choose to think for themselves.

Personally, I prefer chaos over order. I think sheep singing how much they love the country just allows government to penetrate their passively accepting asses just a little deeper. At least OWS is actively rejecting order to make a point that they are rejecting what government is doing to them. So thousands of people peacefully singing the national antehem just isn't my thing. What I want are people SHOWING authority that they don't want to give in. Vandalism and profanity are fine in my book.
