plastic is not very good i shot it in a 3 inch thick foam plate and it broke the tip.

We can own and buy them in England, bought mine today from a little shop called gunz-&-ammo (sells air rifles and knives Etc ).

Strange really, they make a big fuss in the UK about knives but they have never said anything about crossbows lol , i shot mine into a very thick Argos catalogue , and it went right through it, stopping just short of the last page, so it would defo go through a person, not that id shoot 1, unless he was breaking in my house to attack me .

These are illegal in Canada because they can be held with 1 hand which makes perfect sense that you can own one that is actually leathal as long as its a 2 handed model.

Anyway the only possible way to get one in canada is to look for someone selling the parts and buy them in pieces. Most of the pieces are legal to import, the frame is the only sticky spot but you can find vendors on ebay for "crossbow frames" although they don't guarantee they won't be seized.
