PES has better graphics, better gameplay better EVERYTHING...fifa just has LICENSE thats all. PES > Player PHYSICS, PES > BALL PHYSICS, PES > MORE REALISTIC FOOTBALL SIMULATOR. FIFA is cartoonish and the players movements are soooo unnatural almost as if they are made of RUBBER ......when you score a goal in PES you celebrate and think about it for days on end....when u score a goal in FIFA its just another mediocre goal in a game that ends 8 - 7.....boo pes games end 1-1 , 2-1 etc. VERY REAL!

fifa has waaaay much better gameplay than pes. Fifa has different atmospheres. When you play in premier league in fifa, the fans soud like in premier league- singing anthems, shouting at every miss or save, and at goals, they shout that unique word, magic word: GOAAAAAAAAAL!. Pes doesn't have such supporters. + in fifa you can make lots of skills. Like when you play CR7 in a match, you can make skills with him and it feels like the real one. in pes you can't do BITCH!

I always loved PES but 2009 gameplay is sometimes infuriating When you play v the computer at the top level, at times the ball & players behave like you are playing onine with dreadful lag. The ball rolls as if it has a weight lodged in it. Players don't pass where asked, especially if you are in the lead. Maybe making the AI team good is too difficult so they have to make it more challenging by handicapping the human player? I still enjoy it, just wish they could sort these issues
