thank you for your help, i can do this trick now, it isn't even so hard to learn. you just have to find the right rythm.throw the lower ball, when the upper ball is on it's highest point. this is actualy how the most tricks work.

a couple hours in practicing this, Ive actually learned the box juggling first and im still trying to get the 441, after coordinating your hands to simultaniously vamp and straight, box juggling becomes as easy as vamping a shower. However, for me, 441 demands much more vigorous catching and throwing, ill get and then stop complaining but just thought id share that : D

Have to disagree there, I got the box quite easily, took about a days practice to get it comfortable.

Mill's was a massive source of frustration for me, took me about a month to get it down.

here is a tip he didn't note whih is important for sustaining the pattern. So you start with two balls in your right hand and you throw up the first ball in your right hand then as that one comes down you throw the one in your left hand. When you throw these balls say 1, then 2 outloud and then pass the second ball in your right hand along. Finally do thbe same when moving that ball into the hand it started at.

Picked it up fairly fast, within 5 minutes I was getting about 30-40 catches consistently. Very good tutorial video, and great advice about getting a clean 441 first. Definitely get a really good 441 going before trying this trick. I also felt that learning the shower before this one helped too, as it cleans up your 1s and the timing feels kinda similar. wow this is wierd. i know to juggle with 5 balls for a 40-60 sec without droping but dont know this trick. from my right hand to left its easy but from my left to right immposible!!! cool trick btw
