Just because you don't use driving aids doesn't mean you're better. I choose to use traction control because I think it's better. All that matters to me in the end is getting the fastest lap time. You made the mistake of thinking I relied on it.
Basically the only time I will not use TCS is when driving stock cars, because the tires don't have enough grip and TCS cuts in too much and cuts too much power.
I think also F1 drivers should be driving without it. And I also think you have more under than oversteer with slows you down. But your right it doesn't make much difference. I just think it's more fun driving with all helps turned off and more challengeing
I don't find TCS increases understeer, it just reduces power on oversteer, which wastes energy and reduces exit speed. And any little change in balance caused by the TCS can be easily tuned out with the suspension or downforce settings.
drfting how lame? drifting is about car control which you don't seem to have. at least not enough. if you only can go fast with your little helpers turned on
Formula 1 teams seem to think TCS is a good idea. Even when it was illegal the teams tried hard to implement it without being found out, so it must provide some benefit. Are you saying F1 drivers don't have enough car control? Even Michael Schumacher said that he prefers having traction control because it helps him to be more consistent. Are you saying Michael Schumacher doesn't have enough car control?
And to be honest, on most cars with R5 slicks on it, TCS doesn't really make much of a difference, you can plant the throttle coming out of a hairpin and you won't lose traction. But I don't think TCS slows me down any, so I don't see any reason to turn it off.
My fully modified cars always have traction control on. I can handle it perfectly fine without it, but I choose to have it on because my purpose is to get the fastest possible lap, not to impress people. TCS will provide the best possible performance.
OH thx im still appalled tho

How about you tell me how you tuned the car and your settup and I try to beat your time without helps? Would that be ok?

At least now you're being civil and not just posting personal attacks. I'll send it to you in a PM.

how lame

Hmm... I always thought racing was about getting the fastest possible time.
Drifting, how lame.
