if it has wifi it may dont know much about the 8700 but i have curve with wifi but you have limited capabilities though

yes it does have limited capabilities but it is just as good as the curve. if you paid for edge and get decent speed for the web well that what i think anyway . but i heard that you can't go worldwide with the curve i may be wrong.
