Thats super sweet! A coupla questions...1. How much heavier is it now with all the metal? I've been adding aluminum and the weight hasn't gone up noticably yet. Are the FLM transmissions good now? I need this for my Slash and wouldn't want something defected.. My plastic case has seen better days, other than the break on yours mine is even worse lol. Cool channel by the way. I subbed check mine out.

@judgegixxer i never weighed it but it is a little heavier. the flm trans case i heard has been fixed but I never broke my integy one so never needed to try the flm unit.

@rigthguard420 It depends on the quality of the cells do you know what brand cells you are running? Most cells in the 4600 Mah range can be charged at five amps but the lower setting will extend the battery life. Most Nimh cells will last between 1000 and 1500 cycles (charge and discharge) also most manufacturers recommend you only charge their batteries twice in a 24 hour period

For the most part Integy parts seem soft they bend easily. The transmission holds up very well.

sorta, my mini rock crawler has a integy roll cage that is as big as the body.. the tubes are like half a centimeter thick, but i put like two 20 lbs weight on it and no bend ^_^

They are Talons from a Stampede they measure 4.8 inches tall. Be sure and gear it down a couple of teeth on the pinion size when you run these.

The aluminum gear box actually felt lighter than the stock unit. The shock tower is a STRC piece
