I really don't like it. It's got a nice beat and sounds good and all - but I feel that it takes away the whole meaning of the song I feel, it disconnects from the lyrics that make the song what I love, a great song with a calming gentle message.

That being said - those who like it will like it for what it is and those like me will just stick with the original. I don't like meatloaf either, but I don't complain that it exsists -- some people love the stuff I that leaves a bad taste in my mouth

I get what you're saying, however I find both versions uplifting. Also since this remix includes the lyrics more or less unedited except for beat timing, the meanig is still intact. It's just this version makes me smile and want to dance while the original version makes me cry LOL

Once upon a time I was caught up in the N.O. rave scene and since coming to Christ I've often thought that we need to look in that direction.
