ya thats a good way to trash ur enine. 69 70 degrees. i have the same bike and let it warm up to 170 before i take it out. at that low temp the different metals in ur engine are expanding faster than others resulting in scoring of the valves, pistons, crank and rod bearings, etc.

@OlesonFam read lower comment plz.. the gauge said 70 degrees yes, but shit guys I just got off the thing a couple minutes b4 I started using the camera. I am not a fair weather rider by no means... I often go out in the wet and cold 2 play. last year I rode 13 months straight, and I live in Canada (snow).. so plz enough, Im well aware of how internal lubricfication works in an internal combustion chamber. On a lighter note.. Im sliding Yoshi cams in this winter. :)

@LightningMAS It's not a p.o.s it's just not strong enough to handle the liter bike exhaust power. During my second track day last year the bike, I guess the gixxer had enough of the inner welded baffle. And so on the downshift off the front straight away, shwe broke the welds and spat out the inner baffle. Lucky no one at the time was drafting me. It now sounds like an actual gp bike, with one hell of roar.

The exhaust sounds great. I have a 2005 gsxr 1000 with the yoshy E-47 side pipe at the moment and i want to change it to a louder tougher sound like urs. Also with the led lights around the bike, how many did you use and how are they powered. Can you use any type and what colours can you get. Thx

@FPV097GHIA ..They are all powered off the bikes 12 volt battery. Yes u can use any type of leds, colors? well that depends on the what supplier/distributor u get them from. check out my channel you'll see a couple vids of wiring jobs I have done.

How loud is it with the silencer? I like to listen to music when I ride. Also do you feel like that stunt cage would get in the way riding the twisties? Someone goes down on almost every group ride i go on. I'm looking into getting a new exhaust because I drug my stock one, my bike is also lowered just a little.

hehe.loud bro! ur gona be werin buds anyway, might as well make them headphones (yes u still hear ur tunes). The H.B setup is basically a very short 4-2-1, put that on a litre bike.. and that's alot of force comin out of that pipe. that dinky silencer thats weld-in is just for show. it does f*%k all. it's a track bike, thats the function of the rails. their designed to minimize impact if you loose ur edge on a corner, but they are definately a better choice then regular sliders. nuttin touches.

yes very. Just remember.. this style of exhaust hides nothing, miss a shift, hit the limiter, stunts and even very low rpms are all amplified. Others will hear you, even when u don't want them too. Protect your hearing aswell, and get some plugs. :)

@lexus3333330 FYI on my third track day of 2010 the welded inner baffle in the exhaust snapped its welds and fired out like a bullet, when I geared down from 4th to 2nd @ 230 km to enter the first corner off the front straight. The bike now sounds like a true motogp monster.
