Theres no official rules on which perks to pick, so people can use whichever perks they want to use, don't get me wrong, i'm with you all the way on those bitch ass kids using jugg and marty, but i'm just throwing out there that players can use whatever perks they want, cause im sure if they weren't allowed to be used, they wouldn't be in the game.

I agree partially. Martydrop and juggernaut can be annoying, but some people use it as a tactic. If i see that the majority of the other team is sniping, ill use jugg. It keeps me alive longer and makes it a two shot death against snipers. Just use what you want and play the damn game.
