@lapata0111 the sandbag is the 40#sandbag. not the girl one. Also, i tried doing BodyRock without Z and i did good until the new year. it go to be too much for me. I felt like i had to keep buying stuff to keep up with them. I teach they similar stuff now at my gym so i just make them up on my own.
