" hogan , Flair, no body wants you anymore. The sixteen year olds dont want you anymore. Heck the 46 year olds dont want you no more!!!!! Its over!! Get out!!!" Damn Bagger is bitter and pissed off, man.
I think a few people need to see/hear the shoot before yappin on about bitterness, cos Jaggers spends the majority of the shoot praising people and talking about how he got to work with so many great guys, watch the whole fucking shoot.
I saw Bobby a few times when he was with Jim Crockett Promotions. I remember when he was in Florida. He did a storyline where he was impersonating Dusty Rhodes. A kid would come up to him asking for an autograph thinking it was Dusty, then BJ would say something rude to him. The kid would go crying to his mom. The mom would confront him and realize that it wasn't Dusty. Jaggers then got the idea to do this, igniting a feud.
I remember Bobby Jaggers wrestling in Vancouver, BC in 1979 on All Star Wrestling. He formed a devious tag team duo with the late Chris Colt. So despised by the crowd that every wrestling fan in that region wondered if there could be anybody that can beat these guys and win the tag team belts from them.
It's alway interesting to see what former pro wrestlers like Bobby Jaggers has to say about the experiences he has had in various territories. Rfvideos sure have some good insight on the stories ex wrestlers would like to tell, but for years haven't been able to do. I agree with Jaggers on Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan. Both wrestlers should call it a career.
I hate to tell you this, nWoWolfpacTV,. but there is a HUGE difference, like night and day mind you, between Lou Thez, Bruno Sammartino, and The Rock. Wrestling went to shit in the late 1980's. Anybody with a brain knows that for a fact. The N.W.O. was the worst thing in Wrestling. No business....just greed.
nWoWolfpac, don't be telling anyone to go cry over their memories. At least they got to be a part of great moments in Wrestling history. You, clown, have NO respect and NO idea about anything before 1996. Why don't you go put on your Wolfpac T-Shirt, smoke another joint, and wait for the welfare checks to arrive.
nWoWolfpacTV, what in hell are you doing commenting on a WRESTLING post anyway? The Briscos, The Funks, Bobby Jaggers, Dutch Mantell....do you even know who these people are? The National Wrestling Alliance and all of it's territories were, and always will be, the greatest Wrestling of all time!
Lets be honest, real wrestling fans, you damn know, wrestlers from the Midwest, Mid South are some tough ass motherfuckers. These are the guys that the WWF was afraid to let in.
@jakethesnakerobertz1 No, Jaggers never made it in WWF/WWE, but he did wrestle in the NWA. Jaggers was a fairly successful regional type worker who spent his time working for many of the smaller promotions around the country, who became virtually extinict when Vince dominated the business.
@laggerg I am a highly intelligent & knowledgeable wrestling fan, no i dont know who the jabrone in this video is & by the looks of the comments not many other people do either. Lou Thez, Antonino Rocca, Dusty Rhodes, Billy Graham, Harley Race.....these guys are stars not Bobby Jaggers.
Ask me who was apart of the WCW booking commitee in February 2000 & ill know, ask me about Bobby Jagger & yeah i dont have a clue but quite frankly i dont care.
@nWoWolfpacTV You asked who he is so you must be interested. He was once known as "The Hangman" Bobby Jaggers, he wrestled in the Southwest Championship Wrestling area in TX that Lou Thesz and Joe Blanchard operated. He feuded with guys like Scott Casey, The Sheepherders Luke Williams and John Boyd. In Don Owen's Pacific NW area, he was with "Rip Oliver's Carry Out Service", and the WWC Puerto Rico area with Don Kroffat as his tag partner, the Org. Kansas Jayhawkers and later a commentator.
@laggerg and let me tell you growing up in oregon. the horseman had nothing I mean nothing on rip oliver's clan and carry out service. I have a piece of bobby jaggers wrist tape that he threw out during a match with ed wiskowski aka col debeers that I saw here in my hometown in late 84 early 85.
@lockenjr I would have liked to see more of the Pacific Northwest Don Owen territory, you had a hot area. :) Here in the Georgia area, I was glad when we had "Superstars Of Wrestling", with Joe Pedicino and Boni Blackstone, that gave us some of the matches on TV. That's how I heard of The Carry Out Service. Sure do miss the old school territorial days of wrestling. :)
@nWoWolfpacTV LOL WCW booking commitee in 2000? BFD Who the hell cares. I'm sure you think thats old school, but it ain't hell it was only 10 years ago. LOL
@Lfdjake91 Who cares? i care. I bet more people care about WCW 2000 then Bobby Jaggers. No i dont think its old school & didnt say it was idiot. The change in the WCW booking commitee in early 2000 is a very historic event in wrestling history.
Its the night Chris Benoit won the WCW World title in order to persuade him to stay only for him & Guerreuo, Malenko & Saturn to leave & go to the WWF. Shane Douglas & Konnan also left due to being unhappy with the new creative direction. Fuck You.
@nWoWolfpacTV LOL Very historic night in wrestling history LOL U sound like Tony Schivonne douchbag. Whats the matter Junior? Did U consider yourself a big wrestling historian and I blew your whole image? Everyone who follows wrestling knows that. Historians know obscure stuff like how the Jaggers/Scott Casey pigshit angle got their promotion SCW kicked off USA netwrok in favor of the WWF. BTW the NWO sucks asshole.
@Lfdjake91 It was historic night in modern day wrestling history, your nothing but a bias ingnorant prick if you think otherwise, i bet you long for the good ol' days of wrasslin'. Your nothing but an old twat just like all the bitter old timers. Do i consider myself a wrestling historian?.....no, so what the fuck are you going on about dipshit.
The nWo sucks.....LOL im so offended that i may now contemplate suicide now .....NOT!
Go wank over memories of Bobby Jaggers you fucking loser.
@nWoWolfpacTV No, what U are is an obnoxious little know it all punk, who thinks the world begins & ends with your generation & what U deem important. You have no knowledge & no respect for what came before & who set the table for your generation.I'm not a huge fan of Jaggers, but I do know that although he was not a household name he could work circles around talentless clowns like Nash & Co.Go have UR mom wipe your nose punk & go jerk to Nash's lame 3 move matches. LOSER!
the guy asking the questions is a prick he says the same thing to everyone e.g '' alot of people say that'' feeding off rumors and that fake laugh he throws in is irritating want to hear a good interviewer listen Gabe sapolski
I remember when he was with Dutch Mantell in NWA when they were the Kansas Jayhawks. They got a descent push against the Russians over the U.S tag title...then after that, never heard much about Bobby again. One thing I liked about the guy was how he sold. Thanks, Rob for making the shoots of the guys many forgot about.
I had ringside seats in coos bay oregon back in early 85. Bobby was wrestling ed wiskowski and he ripped his wrist tape off I picked it up and still have it in a scrap book till this day. Sad to hear him knock roddy and buddy as those two helped make the northwest what it was...
Mr. Jaggers we all need Jesus. You included. Get the chip off your shoulder. Quit badmouthing everybody for their success' and failures and deal with your own garbage. That would be my advice. Apparently he holds a whole lot of grudges. He calls Piper a B.S'er . At least he admits he is as well.
I'm old school wrestling to the bone but Jaggers couldn't hold the jock strap of guys like Bryan Danielson, CM Punk, or Chris Jericho or even back in the day, Tully Blanchard,
Why did RF Video waste time recording a shoot with this guy, who I've never heard off before and I've been a die hard wrestling fan for well over 10 years? And why would RF video waste time making a trailer for it when they've just released Raven-Dreamer face off and London-Kendrick shoot? I would prefer to watch either one over this guy who really didn't make a impact in the wrestling business.
@Lfdjake91 I bet there would have more interesting stories then this guy. Plus they are big names and amazing workers, just because WWE didn't use them right doesn't mean their worthless.
not quite fair. jaggers was a mid carder on A towns, but he could headline the B, the stuff he did in florida & texas was more than respectable. and what most fans call bitterness, i call honesty. anyone who has nothing bad to say any of the hundreds of people they associated with in the business are bullshitting.
@bastrdjohn I liked when him and Dutch Mantell were the Kansas Jayhawks in Crockett. They were a solid team. Yes, that had nothing to do with your comment, but dammit, it had to be said!!!
Just cause he wrestled back in the day and with Bruiser Brody doesn't mean he deserves very much credibility. Sounds like another bitter old man with too many unneeded grudges
